"On Tuesday another company arrived to replace our Main sewer drain. When the contractors got here to do the job, they rescoped the line and it was different than the "Other" company had told them and needed to change the price... they packed up and left. The Company said they would call me that afternoon and did so, wanting an additional $1,800. for THEIR error... I told them NO Way.....

Wednesday morning I contacted Done Plumbing for a free estimate. Within a couple of hours Chandler was at my home to do the free estimate, and even rescoped the line again to make sure where it went. Upon doing this he contacted his company and came back with the worst case scenerio. We made the agreement on the project and the crew were here at 8:30 Thrusday morning.

I was very pleased with the professional way they all worked. They took the time to answer all of my questions. And I watched them most of the day, wanting to see what I was paying for.

At one time I had two very large holes in my yard and one in the street. I left on a short errand and when I returned, I was amazed that the hole next to my house was closed, and other than a little more dirt around the grass area, you could not have known anything was done.

When they finished the other location, other than the green tops of the flush to the ground cleanouts, no one would ever know there was once a large hole dug there either.

You talk about under promise and over deliver. That is what they did.

I would STRONGLY recommend anyone needing this size of a job done to call DONE!! (plumbing that is.)
