Throughout all the years of growth and success, we’ve never lost touch with our family roots. In 1999, Done was founded by Jeff Metz, and we’ve been family operated and family focused ever since. He noticed a lack of reliable and reputable home service companies, and so naturally, he decided to fill that gap himself. Today his sons, Jeromy and Lucas, fulfill leadership duties at the company and strive to propel their father’s original vision to new heights. The Metz family has always put people before profit.
