2/7/23 Jaered from Done came and cleared a slow basement drain. Quick, professional and left no mess. Done is the only plumbing service I use. Always satisfied.

3/1/24 I was considering having a tankless hot water system installed. I reached out to Done! to see about an estimate. The price was higher than I can afford right now. The price is in line with what others are charging. I didn't have any ideas going in, so this is not a knock on Done! Tankless systems are expensive. I never felt any pressure from the tech. He was professional and courteous.

4/21/26 Decided to have a preemptive cable clean out due to some roots from a holly plant. We weren't having an issue, just decided to stay ahead of it. Jason was quick, courteous and efficient. A good experience.

We contacted Done Plumbing after our water heater broke. They didn’t have availability until the next day but still managed to get up on the schedule within hours! Terry arrived and was very thorough with his work he not only looked at the direct problem but also things that could have cause it. He didn’t just tell us what was wrong but showed us as well. He was very transparent with pricing options and options for a new water heater and even gave us estimates for future work that will help prevent this from happening again. He was very understanding about our request for boot covers due to allergies and even offered to wear gloves and a full coveralls which we greatly appreciated! He worked hard and efficiently and was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Very friendly! As unfortunate as it was to have it break he made it a better experience and fully replaced it same day! We could not have asked for a better experience! A very experienced, professional and skilled team of Caedon, Tyler, James and Eli re-wired the main floor of our 100+ year old home when a small electrical fire was found during a diagnostic visit meant to trouble shoot a malfunctioning bedroom ceiling light.

The team was extremely thorough and corrected several wiring errors that had been done over the past 100 years - some due to code changes and some due to shoddy, cutting-corners-work done on a 10 year old remodel. The project took two days, and included breaker panel additions, discovering buried outlets, and eliminating live sections of wire no longer being used. The team cleaned up the work space every day and patched wall areas that were cut in an attempt to locate buried outlets. With every discovery, the situation was explained in depth and at the level where we could understand the issue.

We have used Done for large plumbing, and now, large electrical work and have been 1000% satisfied with every interaction.

Done is always super quick to send someone out to help me with the problem at hand. Cason was here within an hour or two of the call. She was very professional and took the time to answer all of my questions. She even pointed out several things for me to be aware of/make sure I check regularly to avoid disaster. We have used Done several times so far and will continue to do so, I would highly recommend both Done and Cason. We’ve also really loved working with Dylan, DJ and Aaron (heating).

New Review 12/12/25: Done offers a free electrical inspection for their members and sent Javier out to my house. He was amazing - he encouraged me to follow him around my home during his entire visit so he could teach me about my home, give advice, answer questions, and suggest best practices. It was determined that my 33 year old electrical panel was on its way out and needed replacement. While it wasn't cheap, I felt confident after spending 2 hours with Javier that he knew what he was talking about and that he would take great care in replacing everything correctly and with great attention to detail. Javier is warm, respectful, knowledgable, and makes you feel like family - I will request him for anything electrical in my home from now on and would recommend him to anyone.

I had a shower leak, Josh with Done came out, we thought is was fixed. He had to come back out due to the issue being worse and tried again but the issue was actually worse compared to the pervious day. Nothing at all against Josh, I would welcome him back again I just think minimal experience with older facets caused missing something. Then Terry Ryan came out and instead of tearing into my walls as Josh recommend he took everything apart and looked it over himself. He believed he found the issue in a seating nut and changed that out first, put everything together and my shower works great. With no tearing into the wall. Thank you Terry for taking the time to look everything over and having the experience and seeing a possible issue.
I also had my main water shut off valve replaced, which Josh did a great job with.
I am not happy with Done dispatchers and ran into issues with them but the plumbers were great.

We are so pleased and grateful to have come across Done. The sheathing covering the wiring going into our electrical box had pulled away exposing live wires. We called Done and electricians Jeff and James came out to give us an estimate. This repair is not inexpensive, and Jeff went over all the details of the project, the upgrade to our panel the grounding that would bring our electrical system up to code and the approvals that would be required from the county. We scheduled the work and Jeff and James came back and completed everything in one day. We couldn't be happier. In addition to the professionalism of the two guys they were also very personable and fun. Perhaps personable and fun are not necessarily requirements to getting the work done, those attributes go a long way in making you feel they genuinely care. I would highly recommend Done and we will continue to use them for our electrical and plumbing needs in the future.

Yesterday, we came back from vacation, and oh surprise our new furnace that was installed on December 19th was off. The temperature was around between 2F to 29F, our house was freezing. I called the company that did the furnace installation, their technician came, and he couldn't find the problem, he said the new furnace was not receiving power, I need to call an electrician. I called Done Plumbing & Heating. Jeff Hazen came found the issue and fixed in only 20 minutes. This is the report: We had a new furnace installed by a different
company that did not use an electrician to do the reconnect. After investigating, Jeff found that the switch box for the furnace
had burnt up wires and wire nuts inside due to poor make up of the wires and the gfci and the switch being jammed in the
existing box. Jeff remade the box up inside and added a 4sq extension to allow more room in the box. Jeff did an excellent job!!! Very professional!!! I will recommend Jeff Hazen if you need a Electrician!!! Thanks again

I called Done Plumbing after a referral from my property management office. Terry got out here very quickly, and was quite knowledgeable. I had contacted them because of a leak in my ceiling (I'm n a condo with someone above me). H was excellent at figuring out the problem due to his many years of experience in plumbing. After he discovered that the problem would have to be resolved by the other condo's owner, I asked f he could install my new kitchen sink faucet. He was able to install it right then, without having to pull the sink. (Two other guys had looked at it previously, were not able to do the istallation, and predicted the sink would have to be pulled.) Terry was able to install the faucet without pulling the sink. it was expensive, but much less so that the quote I was given by my HVAC maintenance company.

We came home to a freezing cold house after being out of town for the week. Very scary and not what we were expecting to walk in to! We called several HVAC service companies (seriously, 6 different companies) and all of them gave us the same run-around answer of “so sorry to hear that! well it’s the weekend so it’s going to be far more expensive.” We even found one company who came over (for a $100 diagnostic fee) and said we had to pay an additional $150 just to check IF the warehouse even had the part in stock. “It’s a gamble, you pay the $150 whether they have it or not. I know, it’s stupid” estimate for job was $3500-$4000.

Enter Jay from DONE. Before Jay even came to my home, he worked with the other employee Braden to confirm the warehouse had the right part (carrier furnace blower motor) in stock. We still had to pay for the warehouse to open up as it was a Saturday, but it was clearly the easiest, quickest and most logical way to source the part. Not sure why other companies don’t do it that way?

10/10 recommend this company. Jay was polite, worked quickly, explained everything clearly, and did not try to squeeze money out of us. Got the issue fixed in about an hour and now we are enjoying the benefits of a toasty warm family room.

Dylan and Tony were great! When we were given the dreaded news that we needed to have an underground pipe replaced in our basement (I was able to see for myself), they both went above and beyond to help make sure that we could afford to pay for the work that needed to be done. They offered the best pricing options, discounts, & they even waived a couple of extra fees to help lessen the cost. The crew that came out to do the work was very friendly & great as well, and they did an amazing job! I'm very grateful to Done Plumbing, and very pleased with their services, and I highly recommend them to anyone in need, of any of the services they offer. I will certainly be using them again. We had our floor drain backup last Friday. We called Done to have the line cleaned. Dylan K came on Saturday morning and tried to clean the drain but found a big clog after several attempts to get through it he called the office and schedules a camera inspection. Laz came on Sunday to do the camera inspection and determined that we had 2 pretty serious clogs. He explained our options and we decided to have the whole sewer system replaced. On Tuesday morning Josh T & Tony P came to start the work and they were FANTASTIC!! They explained what they were going to do and asked if we had any questions. They were very respectful to us and our home. On Wednesday the dig crew came and did their work outside while Josh & Tony continued work inside. They were all very nice and didn't mind my wife watching the work they were doing. We would HIGHLY recommend Done for any work that needs to be done.
We are Done customers from now on.

I have used Done! Plumping many and do not ever use anyone else this particular visit was as always top notch in every way. DJ did an amazing job of explaining what was wrong and all of my options. He then did a really good job of explaining the pros and cons of each option. He truly heard any and all concerns I had and helped me to work through those concerns. He then listened to my questions and answered every question in detail while at no point making me feel like they where silly or repetitive questions. Finally after my decision was made he did a great job of telling me what would happen and what to expect. Last of all DJ made sure to review the ways I could save money and still resolve my issues. And the end of the job he should what he had done and left me feeling like I had received a great value for my money.

Had a visit today from. Jay for ac issue. Jay was great very informational and helpful answer all my questions and made sure I understood everything.

4/4/2024 My Carrier furnace was reflecting an error code. I contemplated calling a furnace company that was offering a great deal for first time clients. I contacted Done Plumbing and Heating instead since they have done all my other plumbing needs as well as initially installing my Carrier furnace and air conditioner. I am so thankful I did contact Done. Jay Mitchell came out within hours of my call for service. He diagnosed the problems and then went over and beyond by verifying my warranty with Carrier for the replacement of the necessary part. He took the time to verify the labor warranty reflecting on my paperwork should have reflected 10 years not 1 year and ensure me that the part and labor were all covered. He was knowledgeable enough to catch the error on warranty coverage on the labor on my paperwork which someone with less experience would not have. He was professional, personable, and kind enough to answer all my questions. He returned early the next day with the replacement part, installed the part, and completed a diagnostic check to confirm all was well with my furnace. He made me feel very valued as a Done customer and reflected kindness in answering all my questions. He gets a 5-star rating with me and he is an asset to Done as an employee. He cemented my commitment to use Done for any needs I have for any repairs or replacements that they can provide in the future. Thank you so much Jay. You certainly made my year and saved me a ton of money by verifying my warranty.

Chad was awesome he reconfigured the pipe exiting the house for the sump pump so it didn’t drain on the sidewalk and added a coupling so I could remove the pipe when I mowed. He understood what I said and his people skills were fantastic. Chad was back to repair the outside spigot on 5/11/2022. Once again he provided a 5 star service. 4/27/23 garbage disposal service was awesome. Quick and cheap. Service providers gave me great info to keep my disposal clean and operating smoothly. As usual Done got it done

Prompt service, no hidden commuter charges, prices quoted on site following inspections. Justin snaked a clogged sewer line successfully. Jeremy (and Austin) assessing the cause of the back up were excellent in estimating further repairs.

Ben on the HVAC side of Done Plumbing & Heating did an outstanding job addressing a host of immediate and persistent issues with our furnace. The series of issues took a few days to resolve, such as compensating us for a wrong part being installed in our furnace by a peer, installing the correct parts, and diagnosing a persistent short cycling problem as due to a thick coat of dust and dog hair build up in A/C coil area that tripped the high limit. It was curious that: (a) I don't own pets since at this residence, and; (b) the company I'd employed for 3 years to "maintain and clean" my furnace didn't catch it during "annual service." Yet, Ben caught it and removed what was a sizeable mound caking/choking the furnace and over working the blowers within an hour of one day... Need I say more! And, is the other company in trouble?!

Today, Neil came to troubleshoot the cause of a loud water heater motor and probably solved the issue with a tank flushing. Plus, he provided comprehensive explanations and quotes for replacement/installation.

This was my first experience in having to find someone to help with drain problems. It started on a Sunday afternoon and Austin your tech was dispatched out to my house within 1/2 hour of calling in. He and his trainee Jake were very courteous, knowledgeable, and were upfront with at all times. My problem turned into a bigger one once they got going, but Austin was quick to get on the phone and get things set-up for the next day, where Jeremy came in. They met me at my house at 6:00 am in the morning so I didn't have to miss work so Jeremy could look at what needed to be done, which was great, I so greatly appreciated that!!!! They then got everything set up to start the work first thing the next morning. All 3 were very professional at all times, and courteous, everything went exactly like they said it would and everything was done in a day. For this being my first time I will have Done back again if I need any work done in the future, they will be the company I go to. It was a great experience and will recommend them to anyone I know who might need their help. Thanks again guys for all you did for me!!!!! Diane

I don't know what I would have done without the folks at Done Plumbing! From the dispatch ladies, to the people who try and help you troubleshoot your issue, and the technicians themselves, Done is a wonderful company. Clyde Sweetalla was my technician and did an outstanding job! He answered my questions and explained things to me so that I understood what he was doing and why it was necessary to fix the issues I had going on in my home. What a wonderful asset he is to your company! He also gave me advice and tips on how to keep my plumbing better maintained, so that I hopefully don't experience problems of this magnitude in the future. Dylan Knutson and another gentleman named Austin helped me on a different day and were equally helpful and knowledgeable. Done also offers financing options for bigger jobs, and that alone is a huge lifesaver, especially for bigger jobs like the one I was faced with. 10/10 would recommend!

So, on Sunday, I was having an issue with my toilet. I attempted to take care of the issue myself as it would only be like a normal toilet reset. I did fail, but I gave it one hell of a shot. I needed a professional, so I called done, and I was put in touch with a tech that showed up to my house in 30 minutes. Joshua came to my home and was professional he gave me options and an estimate and gave me an opportunity to make a decision. Of course, I went with the more expensive choice because I wanted it done correctly. It didn't take long before we were flushing again. LOL, I would recommend this company for any plumbing needs or emergencies. I feel like he did a fantastic job. Josh informed me along the way of any changes and what he exactly was doing. Great company. I really enjoyed the feature of getting a text message with an ETA and a picture of your technician and some personal information. I know this company is a pretty reputable company here in Aurora Colorado. I would use this company again for my plumbing needs. Thank you Josh for all of your hard work you did a fantastic job.

The technician was right on time and took care of everything in the amount of time he said it would take. I was very happy he did not try to sell me an expensive maintenance plan for my whole house like another company always does. He was very professional and explained what he found in my drain and what our future concerns might be. I will definitely be using them again as I remodel my basement.

I had Dylan respond to my home for a routine drain cleaning. There was no back up but we have some root issues and clean it out once a year. Dylan was incredible. He was able to access a clean out that no other plumber has even attempted to use. This saved quite a bit of time and allowed me to get to an event I thought I was going to miss due to the draim getting cleaned. Dylan was professional amd knowledgeable as he explained everything he was doing and some options I need to know about as my older house ages.

Josh went the extra mile!

We felt lucky that Josh Tweed was assigned to our clogged kitchen sink. The first guy “fixed” it on Saturday, but when we ran the dishwasher that afternoon, both sinks filled with water again. The problem was somewhere further down.
Josh hauled up his video scope, his jet washer, and finally his cable. Still it seemed the clog lay further downstream.

He worked hard all over the house, fished out quite a few pieces of blockage, and explained his plan every step of the way. He has a great attitude and had a way with making my family happy and at ease.

When it seemed he was out of tools, he pondered for a moment, and said, “wait.” He peered into the depths of his cable and noticed that it had become entangled. He took the whole assembly apart, untangled the cable and gained an extra ten feet of length.
He ran it down the line…. again, and “Whoooosh!”
Clear! All the water drained out into the main line.
He showed us on the video camera how the once caked line was now sparkley, we could see water flowing, and clog free.
Ten feet was the “extra mile” our old house needed. Thanks again, Josh!

Thought we had a toilet leak which turned out not to be the case.
Called for service early evening and had a plumber (Roscoe)at the house the following morning. Roscoe did a thorough inspection of all the pipes in the area, including the adjacent shower, and we concluded water from the shower had splashed on to the floor due to improper closing of shower door by great-grandson. No repair needed.
Roscoe noted a buildup of algae in the toilet tank and in the other toilet tanks in the house. Bottom line, the water softener/filter system was no longer working. Roscoe quoted me a fair price for a replacement system (Halo-5) and was able to install it within 5 days. Very happy with the work and the timeliness of everything from the first service call to the final installation.
Very professional and efficient service by all Done employees included in this process.

Done Plumbing to the rescue! What should have been an easy washer/dryer install by Best Buy turned in to a seven hour day. The cold water shutoff had been leaking so had to be fixed before it could be tested. Also the Best Buy installer was unable to hook up the flex vent so couldn't test the dryer as well. The message was get these things fixed and we will come back to install. The vent connection was not a big deal, something we could do but the leak had to be addressed. We have used Done in the past so gave them a call. I was hoping to have it done that day and was surprised to hear that they could send someone out in a few hours. OK that works. Got a call back saying someone was available shortly. Yay! Neil, the very pleasant technician, fixed the leak and hooked up the dryer vent, (not his problem ). I just wanted to share a positive and these days of negativity. It's obvious that Done Plumbing takes care of their employees. Keep up the good work! Thanks for going the extra mile.

Nov 2017 - Once again we called Done for help. Thanks so much for the 3 crews that worked on our plumbing and heating problems. They were prompt, courteous, professional and worked hard on all the issues, advising what was going on each step of the way. They were a pleasure to work with. Gavin and Jacob came initially for preventive maintenance on our corroded kitchen pipes and to fix a leaking bathroom faucet. They also assessed a sewer problem and spotted a leak coming from the furnace. Jason and Jacob corrected the sewer line problem the next day. We appreciated Jason’s work attitude and ethic (so sincere) as well as his sense of humor. Thomas fixed the leak in the furnace and prevented a major problem down the road.

We discovered our backed up drain on 12/30/16. Lincoln came the next morning, determined the problem and fixed it so we could get the rest of it cleaned up. He was professional and personable, knew what he was doing. What a way to start a new year, but we were glad Done came to our rescue.

December 2, 2022 - Vincent came out and was done in about an hour to clear out sewer lines for preventive maintenance. He inspected 4 toilets and found the access to the sewer line in the furnace room. He removed and then replaced tables, chairs and other items that were blocking the access. After he was done, he moved everything back into place. He was friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure to work with him.

Ever since our main cast-iron sewer line gave out in 2019, we have had a *lot* of work done through Done! Plumbing. They have always been clear and professional in assessing and solving each situation. The quality and workmanship has been top-notch for everything they’ve done, including: sewer line repair & pipe bursting / replacement, to HVAC & water heater installation, to pipe and valve repairs, and re-installation of sinks & toilets.

This time we needed a toilet re-seated to ready for final inspections after this 3-year long repair process started in 2019, and postponed in 2020-2021 due to the pandemic. Darrell was great and helped explain to us a couple situations caused by tile.& drywallers that changed the toilet rough-in measurements. We ordered a new 10-inch rough-in porcelain seat & tank, and he was able to come back again this time to install it so it fit into the newly renovated space. He also pointed out some things to watch out for such as needing grout sealing & caulking in certain areas. We have had Darrell out multiple times for various parts of this project, and he has always been exceptionally spectacular!

I had the a great experience with done Pluming. Tony was give me all the information I needed to make the base decision on my issue.
I had roto rooter come in a week before and work on one on my lines. Their blade broke in my main line we have a 3 inch pipe and they used a 3 inch blade they said they need to do a excavation in the basement to remove their own blade, they said it was not their fault and I had to pay out of own. My insurance did not cover do to their equipment.
Their only to option was to used another snake and push it out or to excavate in the basement to remove their own blade and if one did not work I will be responsible to pay for the 2 if option did not work. Over 5 k to fix their own problem I talk to a manager and area manager and they told me it was my issues.
Tony one of the tech from Done plumbing did a free video of the issue they locate the blade where is was and he give me the option to used a jetting option to remove the blade if not we will need to excavate.

Their first option work it save me a lot and they did the job with out any damage to my basement.

I will recommend Done plumbing and I would think 5 times before you call roto rooter got any issues.
