This is my second experience with Done. It was just as great as my first experience. The technicians are timely, friendly and very competent. Same day service each time without an up charge. They do great work!

Zach provided outstanding service today! He was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything about my AC in a way that was easy to understand. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and never made me feel rushed. I really appreciated how informative and helpful he was throughout the entire visit. I've been using this company for years now, both for my own home and for a rental property, for everything from basic leaks to a new underground sewer line. They're always very prompt and professional, and provide options without being pushy. Today's service guy, Robby, asked how much technical detail I wanted to know, and explained the problem and repair options at my level.

I called for to have someone come in to check my water heater and they came the same day. He found the problem and let me know it will take a few days to get what I need but he fix the problem temporary until he get all the equipment that needed to replace the water heater

Chariles is hands down one of the coolest guy ive ever met. His skill knowledge and willingness to explain is unmatched. He was so kind and loveing it made my heart sing. And I took great pleasure in watching him work. Great job to me your a star employe

Matthew Thresher from Done Plumbing came over for a service call. He was on -time, professional respectful, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He cleared our drain blockage, taking the time to ensure that it was fully cleared.

Done Plumbing communicated well letting me know when Matthew was on his way, giving me a 30-minute advance notice. The services was exceptional and the price was fair.

Ac went down during a 95 plus degree Denver hot streak. Done got a service tech out same day and got us up and running quickly. Service techs and dispatch are super nice and very helpful. Pricing was fair. Highly recommend.

We've had some issues with communication, scheduling, and logistics this week, but once Done shows up, we have always had a good experience. Today we had Mark Mcnally come to fix our A/C and he identified and fixed the problem immediately at a low cost. Mark was friendly, helpful, and showed us how we can do some preventative maintenance on both our A/C units to keep them running smoothly in spite of the heat wave. We joined the Care Club for $10 per month to get priority service, annual tune-ups, and discounts because we will need plumbing, HVAC, and electrical support often enough that it's worth it. Given Mark's great work this afternoon, we are looking forward to experiencing some cooling temperatures in our home this evening.

We have used Done several times, and we've always had a good experience but I'm finally writing a review because of how they helped us in the last week. Our A/C needed significant maintenance in May; we spent nearly $1000 for the leak injection and several pounds of refrigerant. We'd had some issues previously and decided this was "it" and we were either going to see that it was fixed or we would know there was a leak and we needed to do a lot more work. It was promising in the beginning but by late July, the A/C unit wasn't working. One evening, it was 83 outside and 80 inside after the unit was running all day. We called Done on Monday and they were able to get us an appointment for early Wednesday morning. They showed up on time and showed us everything: the leaks via UV dye, the inside of our outdoor unit, etc. and showed us how much it would cost to repair it. Essentially, the cost to repair rivaled a new unit, which we had unfortunately expected given how quickly the A/C deteriorated from May to July. We decided to buy a new A/C unit and Done did a great job sizing the unit, showing different options, explaining how we could save money (0% financing, they will out the rebate form for us, etc.). Despite supply constraints due to COVID, they had us up and running by Thursday afternoon, which was crucial given the temperatures we were experiencing. I feel like Done is professional, honest, and helpful. I probably *could* get a better pricing by shopping around but I just want a company that is reasonably priced, trustworthy, and can help quickly, and Done definitely meets the bill for us.

Zach performed several tests and was able to quickly find the issue, which was basically a maintenance issue on my part. The fee was actually much less than expected and Zach was very friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely call again for any future HVAC/plumbing occurances.

Tyler was very personable, informative, and cleaned up after. He went over what work was needed and price, then showed me what was done.
