Denver Plumbing Emergency? We're On Our Way.

Burst pipe, major leak, or sewage backup — Done's emergency plumbers are available for same-day service across the Denver metro area!

Denver's Trusted Emergency Plumbers

When It Can't Wait, Call Done

A plumbing emergency can happen at any time. A burst pipe can dump dozens of gallons into your home in minutes. A sewage backup is a health hazard. A gas-line smell near your water heater means you should not wait until Monday morning. Done has been responding to plumbing emergencies across the Denver metro since 1999, and our team of licensed plumbers is never more than a call away — we answer the phone any hour, any day.

We arrive ready to stop the damage, not just assess it. Our trucks are stocked with the parts and equipment to handle the most common emergency situations on the first visit. When you need emergency plumbing help fast, the number to call is 833-539-9153 — and we’ll pick up every time.

  • True Emergency Response Live dispatch around the clock — no answering machines, no on-call voicemail. A real person answers and gets a plumber moving toward your home immediately.
  • Fully Stocked Service Trucks Our plumbers arrive with the tools and parts to address most emergency situations on the spot — so you're not waiting on a parts run in the middle of a crisis.
  • Fully Licensed & Insured Every emergency plumber we send is licensed in Colorado and trained to triage quickly, minimize damage, and make lasting repairs — not just temporary stops.

Emergency Warning Signs

Call Done Immediately If You See These

Some plumbing situations are inconvenient. These are dangerous — don't wait and don't try to manage them alone.

  • Burst or Ruptured Pipe

A burst pipe can release water fast enough to cause major structural and water damage within minutes. Shut off your main water valve and call Done immediately — this is the definition of a plumbing emergency.

  • Major Active Leak

Water coming through a ceiling, pooling under a water heater, or spraying from a fitting is an active emergency. The longer it runs, the more damage to drywall, framing, insulation, and flooring.

  • Sewage Backup

Raw sewage backing up into your tubs, toilets, or floor drains is a health hazard that needs immediate attention. Do not use any fixtures until a plumber has cleared and inspected the line.

  • Frozen or Suspected Frozen Pipes

Denver winters can freeze pipes in poorly insulated walls and crawl spaces. If your water suddenly stops flowing during a cold snap, a frozen pipe may be close to rupturing — call before it does.

Emergency Services We Handle

What Done's Emergency Plumbers Do

Our emergency team is equipped and trained to handle the most urgent plumbing situations Denver homeowners face.

  • Burst Pipe Repair We locate the break, shut off the supply, and make a proper repair — not a temporary clamp — so the problem doesn't return as soon as pressure is restored.
  • Leak Containment & Repair From supply line failures to appliance connections, we stop the leak at the source and assess any water damage before it spreads further into your home's structure.
  • Sewer & Drain Emergency Clearing A backed-up main line or blocked sewer lateral needs more than a plunger. We clear the obstruction, camera the line to confirm it, and let you know if the line needs further attention.
  • Frozen Pipe Thaw & Prevention We safely thaw frozen pipes and repair any that have already split. We'll also identify vulnerable pipe runs and recommend insulation to prevent a repeat during the next cold stretch.

Had an excellent experience with It's Done Plumbing and Jake the technician. He showed up early, gave me an accurate estimate and finished the job to my complete satisfaction. Will definitely use their services again. 9/08/21 Had another plumbing issue and call Done again. Superb service. Caleb and Dalton did a terrific job. Fast, thorough, clean and helpful. I won't even consider calling anyone else. 2/7/23 Jared from Done came and cleared a slow basement drain. Quick, professional and left no mess. Done is the only plumbing service I use. Always satisfied. 3/1/24 I was considering having a tankless hot water system installed. I reached out to Done! to see about an estimate. The price was higher than I can afford right now. The price is in line with what others are charging. I didn't have any ideas going in, so this is not a knock on Done! Tankless systems are expensive. I never felt any pressure from the tech. He was professional and courteous. 4/21/26 Decided to have a preemptive cable clean out due to some roots from a holly plant. We weren't having an issue, just decided to stay ahead of it. Jason was quick, courteous and efficient. A good experience. 6/24/26 The fixture in the shower failed internally. It wouldn't allow the water to shut off. Dan fixed it in less than an hour. Completely satisfied, as usual. Done is reliable and reasonably priced. What more could you ask from a company? 8/9/26 The washing machine drain hose empties into a PVC pipe that then empties into the main drain. There was a clog somewhere. Done Plumbing sent Matthew out to clear it. He succeeded quickly and completely. The price was less than I imagined it would be. Completely satisfied, as usual. 8/17/26 The previous issue with the washer drain stand pipe was more complicated than it seemed. Turns out, the cast iron pipe under the basement floor had degraded to the point where the water drained very slowly. Justin identified the most efficient approach, both in cost and in time, to repair the issue. The concrete work was done on a single day, with minimal disruption to my household. Justin was terrific from start to finish. He kept me informed every step of the way. Done has always treated me fairly and quickly solved my plumbing issues. Highly recommended. Justin is the man!

I have been meaning to write this review for a bit. I found out about Done when I was at my friend's house where her sewer line was being cleaned out. I was impressed with Chris the technician and told him I planned to have some water faucets replaced at my house, including the old cold water shutoffs. I requested him for that work and everything turned out well. He coordinated with the city I live in to get the main water turned on/off, etc. More recently, Sean came over to do a tune-up on my A/C system outdoors. The twenty-two year old fan was making noise and the breaker and dual capacitor were also replaced. He also checked general function. Both Chris and Sean were professional and no call backs were needed. Additional Service on 8-4-26: Darrell came by to do a hot water flush for their $99 Special and I appreciated his detailed and careful approach when flushing my older 50 gallon water heater. He also provided quotes if I should decide to replace it soon with another tank water heater or a tankless version. He related how the tankless water heater might be installed. I could tell that he was one of their more experienced Plumbers.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is there an extra charge for emergency or after-hours plumbing service?

Done is transparent about pricing. After-hours and emergency calls may carry a different rate than standard daytime service — your plumber will confirm pricing before work begins so you can make an informed decision. We don’t believe in hiding fees inside an invoice.

What should I do while I wait for the emergency plumber to arrive?

For an active water leak or burst pipe, shut off the main water supply valve to your home — it’s typically near the water meter or where the main line enters the house. For a sewage backup, stop using all fixtures. Do not attempt to run water or flush toilets. Clear the affected area if it is safe to do so, and call your insurance company to report the incident as soon as the situation is stabilized.

Do you handle plumbing emergencies in all Denver metro areas?

Yes. Done serves a wide service area across the Denver metro and surrounding communities. Call 833-539-9153 and we’ll confirm coverage for your address immediately. You can also explore our full plumbing services coverage area online.

What if the burst pipe also damaged my walls or flooring — can Done help with that too?

Done handles the plumbing repair. For water damage remediation and structural drying, you’ll want a water-damage restoration company — many work directly with homeowner insurance. We can point you in the right direction and our repair documentation can support your insurance claim. If you need help with ongoing plumbing concerns, contact our team and we’ll make sure everything is resolved properly.
