Same-Day Service
Most service calls handled same-day across the Denver metro — and we answer the phone 24/7.
When It Can't Wait
A backed-up drain after hours isn’t an inconvenience you schedule around — it’s a plumbing emergency. Raw sewage in a bathtub, a toilet that won’t stop overflowing, or a basement floor drain backing up can cause serious water damage and health hazards if left unaddressed. Done’s licensed plumbers are available around the clock to clear the blockage, stop the damage, and get your home back to normal. See all of our drain cleaning services for standard and urgent situations.
Since 1999, Denver homeowners have called us first when drains go wrong at the worst possible time. We answer the phone every hour of every day, we give you a real price before we start, and we don’t charge you extra just because it’s 2 a.m. on a Sunday. One call is all it takes.
Emergency Situations
These four situations call for immediate help — don't wait to see if they resolve on their own.
If raw sewage is coming up through a tub, floor drain, or toilet, your main sewer line is almost certainly blocked. This is a health emergency. Stop using all water in the home and call Done immediately.
A toilet that overflows and won't clear — especially when other drains in the home are also slow — signals a blockage deeper than the fixture itself. Continued use can spread contaminated water throughout your home.
Floor drains are the lowest point in your plumbing system, so they're often the first to show when the main line is blocked. Water or sewage coming up through a basement floor drain needs immediate attention.
When nothing drains at all — sinks, tubs, and toilets all stopped at once — the blockage is likely in the main sewer line. Store-bought drain chemicals won't fix this and can make the plumber's job harder.
Emergency Services
Our emergency drain response is fast and thorough — we don't just clear the clog, we make sure your home is safe before we leave.
What to Expect
We keep emergency calls simple because the last thing you need when your drain is backing up is a complicated process.
Dial 833-539-9153. A real person answers 24/7. Tell us what's happening and where you are — we'll dispatch the nearest available licensed plumber to your Denver-area home immediately.
Our technician arrives in a fully stocked truck with the equipment to handle most drain emergencies on the first visit. We'll assess the situation and give you a clear price before any work starts.
Once you approve the work, we get to it. We use the right equipment for the type and severity of the clog — snaking, hydrojetting, or a combination — until the drain flows freely.
Before we leave, we confirm the drain is fully functional. If we found anything concerning — a damaged line, recurring root intrusion — we'll explain it and give you options. No pressure, just honest information.
Save on the work your home needs most.

Done does not add a hidden surcharge just because it’s late at night or a weekend. We give you an upfront price before we start, and that’s what you pay. Call 833-539-9153 any time — there’s no penalty for needing us after business hours.
We recommend against chemical drain cleaners for a main line backup. They rarely reach the actual blockage and can create caustic conditions that are hazardous for our plumbers when they arrive. If you have a store-bought plunger, you can try it on an individual fixture, but for a main line issue the best thing to do is stop using water in the home and call us.
Response times vary depending on how many calls we have in queue and your location within the Denver metro, but we prioritize emergency drain calls. When you call, our dispatcher will give you an honest estimated arrival window. We serve the full Denver metro area and have been doing so since 1999.
A recurring backup usually means there’s an underlying problem — tree roots, a damaged pipe, or a section of line that’s partially collapsed. After clearing the immediate blockage, we can run a camera inspection to find out why it keeps happening and give you a repair plan that actually solves the problem long-term.
