What positions does Done hire for?
We hire across all of our trades — plumbers, drain technicians, HVAC installers and service technicians, and licensed electricians — plus apprentices and support roles. Check the current openings above for what’s available right now.
Do I need to be licensed to apply?
It depends on the role. Many positions require a relevant license or certification, but we also hire apprentices and offer ongoing training to help you earn yours. If you’re hungry to learn the trade, apply anyway.
What benefits do you offer?
