From my initial call to Done! to the electrician leaving my home -a delightful experience. Eli, the electrician, was courteous, thorough and efficient. Really appreciated his input on the project I wanted to do. Will definitely use them again.

Within less than a week, we were able to benefit from the knowledge, courtesy, respect and patience of 2 excellent technicians from Done, Jay and Jack. They both helped us with our heating and air conditioning. I'm sure we will be using them and the resources they have available to them in the future. Very highly recommended!!!

We had a clogged kitchen sink and used Done Plumbing to Hydro Jet the pipes after snaking was ineffective. This proved to do the trick. Several years ago our kitchen sink wouldn't drain. I called a company that sent a technician to resolve the issue. He opened up a clogged area, tried to sell me an expensive organic waste digester (which I found online at half the price) and left.

Today I called Done! Etienne and Matt were dispatched to our house. The entire visit was super professional. They used a snake machine and cleaned the line from the sink all the way to the main drain inside the house. They hand cleaned the pvc pipes they detached from the garbage disposal and dishwasher. When the line was clear and they were done they cleaned under the sink with a cleaning product that left the area cleaner than when they arrived. I was very impressed and extremely satisfied with their work. Thanks!

He was so friendly and helpful and overall a really great guy! We will definitely use them again! They made an overall stressful situation seem much less difficult!

DONE! was great. came out on a Sunday for emergency sewer backup. Worked several hours and found the blockage. The technician, Dom, was so meticulous and compassionate. Turned out a severe blockage and a several day digging process, discovery and repair was need. The company did a fantastic job.

Etienne and Tony were both fantastic. Etienne worked on the sewer line and called in Tony for scoping the line. We then called Southgate and got the trouble with the main sewer line fixed. Guys were really helpful and determined to find the problem.

Had the best experience ever with a service. I always like to learn more about my equipment and the maintenance for it. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and pointed out a number of easy maintenance items I can easily do to keep my equipment in top notch shape.

Could not have been more pleased with my interactions with this company. The office staff was quick to answer, gave timely updates and set clear expectations on pricing and timeline. Both techs who worked on our job were friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and explained the process well. Our drain clog was tricky and after the first tech came out he suggested a more expensive procedure which was then set up for the next day. When the second tech arrived the following morning rather than jumping into the more expensive procedure right away he tried a few other things first which ended up resolving our issue and saves us thousands. So pleased the techs did right by me and didn’t just upsell to get a deal done. There are other companies that make recommendations for services that are not entirely necessary or not give lower cost solutions a shot first.

We had an annual plumbing inspection. All went well until the Water heater was tfound to have multiple leaks. Fortunately part of the replacement was covered under a warranty. The Tech was here most of the day.

John installed a new garbage disposal unit, two days ago. As usual with DONE! technicians, he was super efficient, very courteous and great fun to talk with -- his knowledge of soccer is truly amazing, and we enjoyed discussing the finer points of the game while he was working.

The project was a large job requiring the total replacement of our non-functioning Hot Water Heater. The technician was outstanding in every regard starting from his on-time arrival, communication, care in transporting the heavy heaters up and down the staircase, the physical installation and responding to questions and concerns.
