This was our first experience using Done, and I couldn't be more pleased. Our technician, Darrell, was prompt, considerate (seeing carpet, he immediately pulled out shoe covers - likely would do the same for hardwood floors,) and most professional. He presented the estimate of the cost before jumping into the requested work (we had a plugged bathroom drain.) Quickly found the clog - deep in the wall and didn't stop there. Continued cleaning deeper to make sure he got it all. He kept his work area immaculate and went so far as to clean the sink where we had used a plunger. Darrell carefully explained every step, and even presented and provided discounts on other services Done provides before he left. I believe their charges are well in line with previous service providers, if not less. Frankly, I knew we had made a good decision when he put on shoe covers and it only got better from that point on. I recommend Darrell and Done without hesitation!

I moved into a new home recently, and after I got back from a long trip found that my A/C wouldn't turn on. I called a different company first, and the technician who came out refused to go up into the attic! He diagnosed the problem from the ground floor and told me I'd need a new motor blower installed.

So after that I called Done Plumbing & Heating, and they had a tech out the same day to actually inspect my problem. Turns out it was just that a little door on the furnace hadn't been screwed on properly (probably during the home inspection?). Literally within 2 minutes of Jamey going up the ladder into the attic, the A/C was back on and working like a dream. He only charged me $40, when I was thinking I'd be lucky to get things running for $1000! What a relief!

It's really wonderful to work with a company that has integrity, and I'll be using Done Plumbing & Heating very soon again without hesitation. I should have called them first!

I called Done Plumbing to service my Airbnb guest room bathroom. The sink was clogged and the shower was too. They were able to set me up with an appointment for a tech to come out within 24 hours. When Terance arrived, I explained to him that I recently paid another plumber to come out and paid for the drains to be cleared. He took the time to explain what may be the root of the problem on a large scale. I was very skeptical of his explanation and challenged him on his plan to correct the situation. I'm not the easiest going of customers because as a female I have been swindled by previous male technicians. Terance never lost his cool with me. He was professional and fixed the problem. He also cleaned up the mess! This was the 2nd time I have used Done Plumbing and they have earned my trust. They hire good people that are honest. Thank you Done Plumbing & Heating!

I called DONE Plumbing because I had a leak underneath my sink that turned into a large amount of water and a ver big mess!. I remembered DONE plumbing as my neighbor used them when he needed a plumber and was very happy with their work. I called on Sunday morning and spoke with Aquanetta who was very nice and professional. She was able to dispatch Josh within the hour of my phone call. I really appreciated her follow up.
She sent me a picture of him so I would know who was coming to my home. What a nice touch! Once Josh accessed my problem,he was able to complete my job in the time specified. He also was able to take care of another issue in the same appoitment. He was very nice and personable. He said loves his job and just wants to fix what is "broken". He takes pride in his work. Something I really appreciate. I will recommend DONE Plumbing. From the initial phone call to the actual service.....I give an A+.

In spite of our best efforts to keep nearly everything but soap and water from going down our kitchen drain, we seem to need the drain cleaned about once a year. Always searching for a more satisfying experience I have tried many of the companies that pop up on my internet search. This is our first time to use Done Plumbing and Heating and we must say we are VERY impressed with your technician Josh and with your company policy. Josh was on time and very professional. He suggested a slightly different approach to the cleaning process that we had never had done and after spending all the time needed to do a thorough job we tested the results and were very pleased. We will certainly call Done Plumbing and request Josh the next time we need service. Thanks for being the kind of company that takes pride in their work and customer service.

This was our third time using Done Heating and Plumbing. Quinn was our technician this time. We had a frozen pipe and a flooded basement and had been without water for a day. Quinn was very friendly and knowledgable and quickly located the leak and repaired it.

Every experience we have had with Done H&P has been great. Their prices have been lower than competitors each time. This third time, I didn't even bother getting another quote, I just picked up the phone and called Done. It is nice to have a go-to plumber to help out in these stressful situations to get things fixed and life back on track. Thanks Done!

ADDING ON TO THIS REVIEW Sept 19, 2017 - Had another technician, John, out to install 2 toilets. He was fast, knowledgeable, efficient and super friendly!! I am very happy to have a go-to plumber these days with a house that is 19 years old and sure to need more work in the future. THANKS DONE!!

They say they can "Get it Done!" and they aren't kidding. I recommend Done to everyone I know, they've repaired my AC unit and eased my mind about our new gas line on previous occasions. But, this time my AC quit working sometime Sunday evening. After some DIY troubleshooting we couldn't get it back on, and I called Done around 8:45 that evening they took my info and I was on the "to call" list for the next day. The next morning by 7:20, I got a call from April and she was able to schedule Tavish out around 9 that morning! Turns out the furnace motor had given out. Tavish was very straight-forward and not overly salesy. We had an 16yo furnace existing that was a less than stellar brand that had outlived its life expectancy already, we could replace the motor but it probably wasn't going to last long and was nothing more than a bandaid fix. Our AC unit isn't very old and still has life in it, but obviously wasn't going to work without a working furnace. Tavish provided us with 2 options for replacement units alongside the cost to replace the existing units' motor. He was able to explain the differences in the three options and answer all the questions I had. Ryan and Jack came out to install the unit and they were great. The install was clean and quick! By the end of the same day we had a new furnace and the AC was back on. Phenomenal service and great people!!

We first used Done Plumbing about 6 months ago. I just picked this company not knowing anything about them and had no referral. Our shower was making bubbling noises when the toilet flushed. The tech was a little puzzled but made his diagnosis and also talked to several other people to confirm his diagnosis. The tech decided that it was easier if we performed the simple task, but did give us an option of having the service done. We opted for doing it ourselves, and he even told us what to do! We were not even charged for a service call. I was very impressed with that first call, that we've used them again for replacing our kitchen sink faucet. They had to reschedule our appointment time and waived the service call fee, AND gave us an additional discount. Both tech's who came to our house are very professional and patient! (I have workers in my house before who have no patience and cuss) I was very impressed with the professional service received and will be calling Done Plumbing for any future plumbing services.

My water heater needed to be replaced and it was not exactly in an easy to reach spot! It was tucked in the corner of a tiny closet with my furnace. Not only that, the water heater was blocked by numerous pipes and ducts. Not exactly a piece of cake to swap out! Every other plumber I went to quoted me about $500-700 extra because they would need to hire an HVAC contractor. But, Brian just charged me for the water heater (with a 10 year warranty...also unmatched by other businesses), and a reasonable amount for the difficulty of getting the old one out and installing the new one.
A job like that could certainly make anyone disgruntled, but Brian had the most positive attitude from the moment he came over to look at it, until he left my house. He was understanding that I needed to shop around for a few other quotes before making my decision and he never made it feel like he was taking advantage of the situation and selling me unnecessary "extras". He didn't show any panic or frustration with this complicated process, as others had done when they came to give me an estimate. That really helped to instill trust in his work and what the company stands for. When he was done, he showed me the important components and made sure I understood each piece. The office also is very professional and on target with communication to the customer and the technician. If I have a question, I'll receive a call within minutes from either Brian or the office. I actually received a phone call asking about my experience just moments after Brian left my house. I can tell Done really cares about a positive customer experience, as shown in the people they employee. Whether it''s the friendly staff or a knowledgeable and personable tech like Brian, it seems understood that it's not just about replacing the water heater with a better one. It's about doing whatever they can to ease the stress of a high involvement purchase like this by their professional employees and efficient operations.

Unfortunately, things like plumbing emergencies seem to come up at inconvenient times...nights and weekends. In the past, we've used Done Plumbing for non-crisis problem issues such as a leaking shower drain pan. This time around, our water heater went out early Sunday morning with the beginnings of containment failure and water seepage into an adjacent room carpet. Despite already having a full schedule for the day, Done had a technician out by mid-afternoon. Quinn truly went above and beyond in not only getting the water heater replaced, taking great care in the process to avoid any mess in the house, but heading out to get an optional improved valve for the water line to our central furnace humidifier. As a result he put in extra time to leave us with a safer overall installation. It is employees like Quinn which keep us coming back to Done when we have plumbing issues. Highly recommended!

I initially called Done Plumbing due to a slow drain clogged by tree roots and Austin Steinbach serviced this call and was 100% courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Throughout the job, Austin maintained a polite and courteous demeanor as the job required additional work and into the evening. The job eventually required a camera of the line where I was introduced to Jason Winkler, another great asset to the Done Plumbing team. The result was definitely not one any homeowner would like to hear but my sewer line had shifted a great deal and my access to the city main line was minimal. Jason from the start was 100% courteous and professional and enjoyed sharing his knowledge with me. Jason talked and taught me as the camera went through the line which all looked good up until we got to the city main. Jason could not have been more patient with me and all my questions but thoroughly informed me of my options so I could make the right decision. I highly recommend Done Plumbing as their staff and ownership from the initial phone call through to the final billing were always pleasant and willing to help.

I unconditionally and happily recommend Quinn B. for all of your plumbing needs. Quinn was professional, respectfully, patient, hard working, able to respond to all of my questions and very qualified to cure a bunch of my plumbing issues.
Once he fixed my TOTO toilet, he offered to check out any other issues I had. I had two longstanding issues with outdoor leaking faucets which he then repaired/replaced, along with a faulty main house cut-off which we discovered didn't function properly (likely since it was originally installed in 1979!) which he also replaced.
It sounds like loads of money to complete, but DONE's pricing is very fair and reasonable and fully disclosed up front BEFORE I consented to the work orders!
I've been a customer for over 10 years and fully endorse DONE and, especially QUINN B ., since a plumbing company (with its awesome and responsive customer service) ultimately is only as good as its plumbers. And QUINN B is a #1 plumber!

Heating furnace has been giving me issues for several weeks and finally this past weekend gave up I think. I called Saturday afternoon and was told a tech could come out at 8am on Monday--not ideal since I did not have heat, but what else was I to do?
Dara arrived at 8am and immediately explained that situation. After the $39 fee he had to do a diagnostic fee that was over $200 that would tell me what needs to be fixed. If I choose to do the work that gets removed and I am just charged for the work. Turns out my igniter was faulty and that was a $371 fix. So either I pay almost the same amount and have it fixed by Done or I pay a little less and fix it myself with a simple part. I ended up just paying to have it done, but I think that when you make the appointment they should tell you upfront that on top of the $39 trip charge you will be paying for an additional $200 to have it looked at. I get you have to charge for diagnostic work, it is a business and you have to be able to tell the person what is wrong, but I do not want anyone else looking for reviews of Done to be taken back like I was. The igniter could easily have been replaced by me, but because I was kind of shoulder into this price or that I felt like I was taken advantage of a little bit.
Dara was an awesome tech though and explained that I do need a new furnace (not bothering since I am selling) and a couple things that were not up to 'code' per say. He did not mind my puppy jumping up on him or my cats trying to climb in his bag and he was super nice about everything.

I had a stopped-up kitchen sink, one that had been clogged twice in as many months without any good reason. Jeremiah came over, assessed the plumbing under the house, and determined that the piping had been installed incorrectly and in such a way to cause blockage. He then replaced the problematic piping and corrected for the original installation error. Afterwards, he showed me the old pipes he'd cut out-- and sure enough, the entire length was packed with a mess of solidified food, to the point it's a wonder water got through at all. His assessment of the problem was clearly spot-on. Since then, I've had no drain issues at all.

Jeremiah was polite, friendly, and professional. He not only knows his stuff, as evidenced by his quick identification of my plumbing problem, but also very clearly cares sincerely for his clients and about doing a high-quality job. He was efficient with his time and fair in pricing.

This was the first time I've used Done Plumbing. If Jeremiah represents the quality you get with Done plumbers, I will be using them again in future.

Our sewer backed up, causing a wet alert alarm to go off. I called your office and your tech (I think Nathan was his name) came out at the designated time to roto-root the line. He was very courteous, respectful and neat, and finished the job. He said that he could not guarantee the work until the line was TV'd. He set au the appointment to get the limne inspected. This time it was Jason Winkler that came to do the inspection. He was also prompt, very courteous, and asked me to watch the inspection. We found three separate and distinctive root invasion locations, all three locations were more than 95% plugged. Only after pushing the camera though the roots did the liquid in the line start to flow. Jason also pointed out several joints which had missing gaskets. Jason told us the only way to get the system to work like it was supposed to was to replace the entire line, from the house to the city connection. Jason then provided an estimate for the work, and set a day to get it accomplished.
The work crew, and Jason, arrived at the prescribed time. Everyone was courteous and set about to do the work without making too much of a mess. The work was compleded by the end of the da, except the paving of the patch in the street. Jason then had me watch as we TV'd the line again...WHAT A DIFFERENCE! The construction crew cleaned the area very neatly, leaving only the top of the excavated trench bare. By the way, your office personnel called ahead of every visit, and during construction, to keep me informed of schedule, etc. I am extremely pleased with the professional, courteous care we received from Done Plumbing, especially Jason.

I went to undo my backyard hose at 6:00pm due to freezing temperatures and the back hose bib snapped and broke. I hurriedly turn off my main water and trying to find a plumber after 6:00pm is impossible. I called Done Plumbing as I have used them before and was told all there people were out on calls and they couldn't get to me until morning. I was trying to find someone else when Done Plumbing called me back and said that one of their guys had a cancellation and would be glad to come by. Lincoln was there in 20 minutes and had the job completed in 45 minutes. Done Plumbing went above and beyond to help me, especially the girls who take the calls who got someone to come as I was really in a jam. Lincoln was very good and polite, I will always call Done Plumbing.

Technician: Joe (Master Plumber)
Called Done Plumbing to replace a hot water heater. They came out on time. It was a all day job due to the configuration of my 2 water heaters (12 years old) in my cramped utility closet. Joe could have sold me 2 new water heaters but convinced me that one high efficiency water heater would do the job that my two old water heaters were doing currently. In addition Joe installed (due to his recommendation) a retro fitted recirculating hot water system to fix my additional issue of hot water taking up to 1-1.5 minutes to reach my bathroom at the far end of my residence. Thank goodness! Now I have instant hot water at my fingertips now matter where I am in the house. I've had other plumbers at my house over the years and none of them recommended to me such a simple fix. In addition to replacing the hot water heater they replaced my flue, (which was shown to me and which a 1/3 of it had literally dissolved causing CO2 gasses to be blown into my house), and the recirculating hot HO2 system. The job was completed in the time they said (with all the additional work included). The price he quote was the price I paid at the end of the day...no additional surprise add-ons. I'm happy with the work....would recommend Done plumbing and Joe to anyone with plumbing issues.. Thanks guys.

Our service was a few weeks ago, but Thomas was on time and considerate of our carpet! After explaining the issue to him, he knew almost immediately what was wrong. He explained it all to me, and it made sense. He then sat down, wrote out an estimate and said that he could actually fix it that morning, as long as the faucet was the brand that he thought it was. If it turned out that the faucet was not the brand he thought it was, the estimate would be higher, and he would have to go get parts. He did make all of that perfectly clear, though.

Long story short, it was exactly what he thought and was in and out in less than two hours! This isn't the first time we've used Done, but as long as I receive great service like this, I will continue to call when needed. Thanks!

Done was very prompt and made quick arrangements to take care of our needs. We had recently installed new counter tops and sinks.
The drain locations on the new sinks were not at all conducive to me hooking the plumbing drain lines back up. Jeremy showed up late afternoon on Friday and indicated he didn't have the parts he needed on the truck and his shift was about over.

He requested to return on Monday and I agreed. I was a little shocked at the estimate, but I understand overheads nowadays. Jeremy returned on Monday as promised and made quick work of the issue. Thanks for the great work, Jeremy! Nothing personal but I hope I do not require services in the future... $460 is a chunk of change! I know I agreed to it, so no need to point that truth out to me! If I need services again, I will call Done!

Done Plumbing & Heating was recommended to me by my boyfriend. I had a sewer backup because of blockage. I called Done. They had a plumber at my house within an hour. The plumber, Jake was great. Professional, courteous and thorough. He snaked the line and recommended I have a camera sent into the line to ensure the blockage was all clear as the water flow was not entirely back to normal. Based on his recommendation, Jason came out the next day and found a pretty bad blockage. He was able to clear the line, saving me time and ultimately money.

I have worked with other plumbing and heating companies who have wanted me to purchase service agreements, try to up sell me, etc. Done did nothing but come out and fix my problem with nothing but professionalism. I hate to have to call a plumber to clear a drain, and it always seem to happen late in the day on a weekend. But I also hate to guess who is going to come through my front door. I never know if the tech will be wet behind the ears or a rough character. Before I called Done, other companies could only give me a four hour window for the service call, and it was already 5 PM. Done gave me a two hour window, and about 5 minutes after I hung up, they called letting me know their tech could be there by 6 PM, and sent me a confirming email with the tech's personal information. He was 5 minutes early, and immediately I could tell that Evan had a very clean vibe. Well dressed and groomed, I breathed a sigh of relief. He knew exactly what he was doing and had the drain cleared and re-assembled in 20 minutes, all while we had a very intelligent conversation. The price was very fair, and I could hardly believe I was having this experience. I am also in the service industry, so I'm a tough customer, but I cannot find anything about my experience with Done that I can even nit-pick. Done's sticker is now on my disposal, so I won't have to call around next time. I can't recommend them more highly.

I called Done Plumbing and Heating after water started hemorrhage out of the base of my toilet and coming up through my bath tub drain. Libby L. was very professional. After speaking to her, I promptly received an email acknowledging my phone call and conversation with her and confirming my 2 window appointment. For the first time ever in making an appointment with a plumbing company, a technician was sent out at the beginning of the 2 hour window and not at the end. I was called and told a technician (Evan Vickers) was on the way to my house. I received another email with a bit of Evan Vickers background, this way I knew I was inviting the right person into my house. Evan was fast, professional and very polite. He got the job done, no pun intended. Since I struggle with this drainage problem from time to time with tree roots clogging up my drain, he recommended Bio-Clean Treatment for the rest of the week and twice a month to help maintain a clear drainage system. I will recommend Done Plumbing & Heating to all my family and friends. When the time comes that I need to have my pipes cleaned out again I will ask for Evan Vickers. Thanks!

We called Done! as we were having granite countertops installed and I could not get the hot water on 3 out of my 4 sinks to shut off. Done! sent Thomas Meyer out within 1 hour. He assessed the situation after hearing and seeing my explanation and informed me of the solution as well as provided me with a quote before starting the work. He also informed me how I could save money now and in the future by becoming a member of their 1st Service Club. I actually had Thomas fix another issue that I was having not related to the faucets. He added that to the quote and even showed me how much I could save with the 1st Service Club. I saved the amount of the membership, the service fee, and then some more! I was very satisfied with his work and he finished everything before the installers came to install the countertops. I would recommend them and Thomas again.

Eric was very helpful with a kitchen drain problem. I know a lot of work will ultimately be required, but I only have the money for one small job at a time and don't want to use credit for it. When I do get things fixed I'll get it "Done" and I'll ask specifically for Eric!

Eric did the basic work to fix things for now, warned me about the potential problems in the future and gave me suggestions for the work that will be necessary. He also was pleasant and personable and didn't talk down to me, even though I wasn't knowledgeable about the intricacies of drains. I certainly appreciated his work.

I'd be remiss if I didn't mention the fact that the person who took my phone call at the beginning, the person who called me to let me know Eric was on the way, and the person who followed up with a call to make sure things were done to my satisfaction, all were very pleasant and represented Done Plumbing and Heating very well.
