Both my electricians did a great job today. Showed up on time, answered my questions and completed the work in a timely manner. I will have them back fir a panel upgrade soon!

I use DONE for all my plumbing and electrical work beyond what I can do. They are head and shoulders above their competition. Fair prices, excellent timely communication and service and no upselling pressure. My most recent repair, electrical, was with a technician, Caedon. he was professional and did a great job! Probably will ask for him on my next electrical job!

Very responsive and easy to talk to. Didn't pinpoint the leak since it is in the front yard somewhere. No work done.

I appreciated Javier's explanation of the problems I was having with a hot outlet/receptacle: an aged (over 40 years old) electrical panel. It was like hearing "Electricity for Dummies" without being made to feel dumb. He also went over everything that will happen when the new panel is installed and said to contact him if I had ANY questions. He was very friendly and, I think, would feel comfortable talking with anyone.
The other two times Done! has been to my home in the past, the technicians have all been polite, friendly, and respectful of me and my home - AND they know what they are doing and do it efficiently.

Elias and Joe were very professional. They let me know what the problem was and fixed it quickly. They also gave me some pointers on how to take care of my AC unit to have more years from it.

We had s sewer smell throughout our home and could not figure out the source. Done sent out a tech within hours and within minutes of his arrival, he identified the problem. He was friendly, kind and incredibly helpful. Done will definitely be our go-to plumbing company from now on!

9/08/21 Had another plumbing issue and call Done again. Superb service. Caleb and Dalton did a terrific job. Fast, thorough, clean and helpful. I won't even consider calling anyone else.

2/7/23 Jaered from Done came and cleared a slow basement drain. Quick, professional and left no mess. Done is the only plumbing service I use. Always satisfied.

3/1/24 I was considering having a tankless hot water system installed. I reached out to Done! to see about an estimate. The price was higher than I can afford right now. The price is in line with what others are charging. I didn't have any ideas going in, so this is not a knock on Done! Tankless systems are expensive. I never felt any pressure from the tech. He was professional and courteous.

4/21/26 Decided to have a preemptive cable clean out due to some roots from a holly plant. We weren't having an issue, just decided to stay ahead of it. Jason was quick, courteous and efficient. A good experience.
