They were patient, incredibly thorough and detailed with their work, and knew exactly how to get the job done efficiently. As a first time customer, I was able to have Done Plumbing come to my home for A/C repair on the same day. Mateo was very prompt, thorough and informative. Darrell and Hunter did SUCH a great job installing my new waterheater. It was extra tricky to get into the space, and with the combustion air intake and powered pvc exhaust, there was a lot of extra connections they had to work with. But they did a much better job than whoever installed the old one, I couldn't recommend them more. They were fantastic!

Excellent. The technician came out with a 2 hour notice to inspect the furnace for the closing on the sale of our home. He determined the furnace only needed a cleaning and saved us hundreds of dollars!

We had our old HVAC system break down on us, never a fun experience especially when the days are in the 90’s and we don’t have AC. Done was a great partner in explaining our options and getting us a new system. Our system installers, Yas and Gabe were fantastic, they worked extremely hard to get the work done in one day (14 hours of work) so we could sleep in a cool house. I was so impressed with their dedication, knowledge and respect for our house.

The technician, Lazaro was exceptional. This was for a rental where occupants were Spanish speaking only making it very difficult to understand the problem or how to help. Lazaro was professional, thorough, kind and relayed information readily. I appreciate the help he could provide my renters and me.

Tyler did a very professional job explaining the options for complex lighting replacement in our kitchen and porch. His was very efficient and he took care in working with us to configure the equipment appropriately.

Yaz and Gabriel were amazing. Patient, knowledgeable, and happy to teach me about the installation and the process. They were both extremely kind and understanding when we came across limitations with the space and they overcame the difficulties. Couldn’t recommend them more.

Mark came out and fixed my AC unit, he was professional and worked fast. He explained the problem and got my unit up and running on a hot day quickly!

Discovered a water leak in the basement at 5:30 am this morning. Shut off the water main right away. Neil was at our house and repaired the leaking pipe by noon. Great job, Neil!

Had a problem with toilet backing up, called for service and got an immediate response. Lazaro Torres was quite knowledgeable and repaired the problem. Lazaro provided excellent feedback on ways to avoid the problem in the future. Outstanding professionalism was displayed and was very much appreciated.
