This Care Club Membership Plan sets forth the terms and conditions under which We will provide to You (the “Member”) the Services described below and in Your accepted order (collectively, the “Agreement”). Please read the Agreement carefully. Coverage may be limited, and certain exclusions will apply.
Done Service Group LLC doing business as Done Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, & Electric (“We”, “Us”, or “Our”) provides world-class resources & support to Our customers for HVAC and Plumbing services. We are committed to providing resources that enhance the lives of our customers and the communities we serve.
We are extremely pleased to offer the Care Club Membership Plan to our valued customers. The benefits of this Care Club Membership Plan, and associated terms and conditions, are listed below.
This Care Club Membership Plan is offered to customers for twelve (12) month terms (the “Annual Subscription Term”). AFTER THE INITIAL ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION TERM, THIS AGREEMENT WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW IN ADDITIONAL ONE-YEAR INCREMENTS UNLESS TERMINATED IN WRITING SENT NO LATER THEN THE END OF THE CURRENT ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION TERM TO THE ADDRESS SET FORTH IN THE CANCELATION POLICY SECTION BELOW OR AS OTHERWISE PROVIDED IN THIS AGREEMENT. Members residing in states that do not allow automatic renewal of Services shall receive a written renewal notice. A Member’s term begins on the date We accept and process the order.
MEMBERS WILL RECEIVE A REMINDER NOTICE OF THE UPCOMING ANNUAL RENEWAL DATE FORTY-FIVE (45) DAYS PRIOR TO THE RENEWAL AND MEMBERS WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO CANCEL THEIR CARE CLUB MEMBERSHIP PLAN BEFORE THE START OF THE RENEWAL TERM.
We offer Members two payment plans.
● Monthly Payment Plan: $24.99 per month, billed automatically.
● Yearly Payment Plan: $299.88 per year, billed automatically.
The Care Club Membership Plan is intended to cover equipment installed by Us; however, it is Our sole discretion to accept specific equipment under this Agreement and an order. The equipment must be located at the location specified in the order and must be safely and easily accessible for diagnosis by Our technician.
Re-enrollment Eligibility: Members who have canceled their membership may re-enroll at any time by signing up again through Our enrollment process.
For purposes of this Section only, “We,” “Us,” and “Our” also includes any parent company, subsidiary, affiliate, or affiliate brand that We operate under. Personally Identifiable Information (“PII”) includes any information that You have shared with Us, that We have collected about You during Your enrollment and during Your Care Club Membership Plan term, and/or We, or third parties acting on Our behalf, collected in the course of providing services to You, that may be used to specifically identify or contact You (including but not limited to Your name, mailing address, email address, or phone number). By being a Member under this Agreement, using Our services, or by submitting Your PII to Us or to third parties acting on Our behalf, You agree that providing any such PII constitutes permission for Us to use and share Your PII in accordance with Our privacy policy located at https://itsdone.com/privacy-policy . If You would like to limit Our use of Your PII, or opt-out of the sharing of Your PII with third parties, You may request so by email at [email protected], or by calling us toll-free at (833) 490-7907. Additionally, You may opt out of receiving marketing communications from Us as set forth in the Privacy Policy or as provided within any marketing materials (e.g., using the “Unsubscribe” feature provided in the footer of emails).
