I had a great experience with Done Plumbing and Heating. Technician Brandon came out to look at my furnace that was not running. He was friendly and gave options for the repairs and it was my discretion as to whether I wanted to go forward with any option. I decided to get pricing to replace my furnace and possible my A/C as well. Brad came the same day and walked me through my options. He was very friendly and worked with me on the pricing options, which I appreciated. I decided to move forward with a new furnace and A/C installation. Yazz and Jet arrived the next day and worked hard to install both new units. They were courteous and friendly and worked hard all day. I appreciated all of their efforts! I worked with Danielle on setting up my service requests. The 1st time I called in, there was a misunderstanding on what I requested. She straightened it out & assured me I would be take care of first thing the next morning which is exactly what happened. She took full responsibility for the error, even though the error was not hers! She also assured me management would be made aware of the error. She sent Steven Lawrence, HVAC tech. He was very thorough, honest and polite. Before coming into the house, he put protective booties over his shoes every time he came in the house. He explained everything to me and made sure all was working properly before departing. The next Tech, Zachary Lentz, came to flush my water heater & he also did a very thorough plumbing review and made several recommendations for additional repairs and explained which ones were of the most importance to take care of. I am on their maintenance plan, so have regular intervals for follow ups.

We are so pleased and grateful to have come across Done. The sheathing covering the wiring going into our electrical box had pulled away exposing live wires. We called Done and electricians Jeff and James came out to give us an estimate. This repair is not inexpensive, and Jeff went over all the details of the project, the upgrade to our panel the grounding that would bring our electrical system up to code and the approvals that would be required from the county. We scheduled the work and Jeff and James came back and completed everything in one day. We couldn't be happier. In addition to the professionalism of the two guys they were also very personable and fun. Perhaps personable and fun are not necessarily requirements to getting the work done, those attributes go a long way in making you feel they genuinely care. I would highly recommend Done and we will continue to use them for our electrical and plumbing needs in the future.
