She took full responsibility for the error, even though the error was not hers! She also assured me management would be made aware of the error. She sent Steven Lawrence, HVAC tech. He was very thorough, honest and polite. Before coming into the house, he put protective booties over his shoes every time he came in the house. He explained everything to me and made sure all was working properly before departing. The next Tech, Zachary Lentz, came to flush my water heater & he also did a very thorough plumbing review and made several recommendations for additional repairs and explained which ones were of the most importance to take care of. I am on their maintenance plan, so have regular intervals for follow ups.

We are so pleased and grateful to have come across Done. The sheathing covering the wiring going into our electrical box had pulled away exposing live wires. We called Done and electricians Jeff and James came out to give us an estimate. This repair is not inexpensive, and Jeff went over all the details of the project, the upgrade to our panel the grounding that would bring our electrical system up to code and the approvals that would be required from the county. We scheduled the work and Jeff and James came back and completed everything in one day. We couldn't be happier. In addition to the professionalism of the two guys they were also very personable and fun. Perhaps personable and fun are not necessarily requirements to getting the work done, those attributes go a long way in making you feel they genuinely care. I would highly recommend Done and we will continue to use them for our electrical and plumbing needs in the future.

I had a team come out to replace our very old hvac system. Gabriel and Yaz did their very best to leave us with functioning AC even with every obstacle they faced. They were persistent and worked diligently from the morning to the night and made it their goal to finish the job before leaving. They are a great, and very patient team. Thank you guys for all your hard work! I also recently have them replace our breaker box/electrical panel as it was ancient. Heather, one of the members at HQ kept me updated and helped me through all the steps and gave me a discount because Aurora took a while to give them the permit they needed to get the job done. Paul and Mike were the ones in charge of installing the new breaker and finishing the electrical work on the furnace, and they did a great job! Everything is working wonderfully! And we had trouble with our electrical meter box needing securing to the wall and Heather also helped by having Paul come out to secure it for free! You guys have done a good job with all services!
