Jamey came out today to replace my filter on my furnace and do a safety check. He was prompt, courteous and funny! Discussed one issue with me, but did not push me to fix it, just a warning it may pose a problem in the future. I am having him back to fix this issue at a later date since the part needed to be ordered and I do not want problems in the future.
I have used Done in the past and will continue to use them. If you look up reviews on the internet you will see why. There are a lot of scammers out there, but a news 7 show points out Done did only what was needed and did not over charge. This is why I called them the 1st time. I have liked the service reps that have come out.

The tech Quinn was very helpful in giving me options and which one was the better deal. After one project was completed it was discovered that additional work was needed. I was given a discount on the work already performed and given advice on what to do next. The additional work was completed quickly and thoroughly. It was very well done. I have used Done for several plumbing projects and would definitely recommend them.

Called the company first thing in the morning after discovering a leak in a basement water pipe. The person on the phone was very courteous and assured me a technician would be out within a 2 hour window about 2 hours after my initial call. The technician (Thomas) was there within the timeframe requested and diagnosed and completed the job within 1 hour. He was very professional and knowledgeable. The Company followed up immediately after the appointment to assess my satisfaction. I was very satisfied. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Done for any plumbing and heating needs.

Gavin did an excellent job taking care of business. He fixed a clogged laundry pipe, tightened our leaky faucets, and made recommendations on what we can do to help prevent further problems. He explained everything so I could understand and always asked if I had any questions. I was impressed by his knowledge and kindness. The girls in the office (Michelle and April) I believe always called to notify if he was running late or about when to expect him. They were also just as friendly and professional! This is the second time we've had work done by Done and there's a reason that's their name...when they come out, it's done.

We were told by someone that came to check our furnace that our water heater was getting ready to go. He gave us an exorbitant price for replacement and did a lot of trying to explain why the cost was so high. I told my wife to tell him we'd call him back but the people we called were Done.

We scheduled an inspection and Bryan Hertges was the person that appeared. He concurred with the previous evaluation but we were presented with a much more palatable cost for replacement. Bryan advised it would take up to three hours so we scheduled for later in the week. Bryan was right on time and finished under the three hours. He was extremely efficient and professional and my wife was very comfortable having him in the house.

I encourage anyone with plumbing issues to feel comfortable giving Done a call. Their stickers are on all my appliance for a very good reason...they get it Done!

Quinn was very professional. He made sure that I understood what he was going to do and he was very helpful in reviewing the repairs with me after he finished. He was also very neat and I appreciate his clean up after the work was done.

Had mainline back up. Called Roto-Rooter who came out and cleared pipe. Charged $250 for 15 minutes work. Told us that we had major problems and recommended video inspection for $150. We then were referred to Done Plumbing by a family member that had work done and said they were honest and reasonably priced. Keith came out right on time, ran the camera and said there was nothing wrong with our pipes. His honesty saved us thousands of dollars! He was professional and honest. Would recommend Keith and Done Plumbing to anyone and will use them again if (God forbid) we DO have major plumbing issues.

Bryan from Done Plumbing & Heating installed a new sump pump and outdoor hose spicket at our home in Boulder. He, and Done plumbing did an excellet job. He arrived right on time and worked efficiently and caringly to get our plumbing needs completed. He is very knowledgable and very personable. We will continue to call on Bryan of Done pluming for all our plumbing needs!

Thomas was very helpful in identifying a water leak, which happened to be part of the HVAC system. He got me an appointment with an HVAC technician the same day to get the repair done. I am very pleased!

We've had Bryan from Done fix everything from a frozen pipe to a degraded sink faucet. Just today he replaced our completely dead water heater, he upgraded valves, and replaced our water pressure regulator as well. He's always very professional and kind. He'll even give us advice on little DIY plumbing projects we can do ourselves. It's wonderful to have a trusted plumber who knows us and our house so well!

Had to call for a minor leak, were able to not just help with a leak, but an incorrectly installed Sump Pump and an old toilet. Recommend a good working toilet that would cost and arm and leg, all work done in a super timely manner and the best prices in town, plus plumber Quinn was on time, friendly and most importantly honest. Gave tips on how to keep everything clear and signs to watch for. Will request him every time.
