I called Done Plumbing and Heating for our annual furnace inspection. The scheduler was great and able to get a time that was perfect for my schedule, they quoted a 4 hour window and called the morning of and was able to get Mark out earlier. Mark arrived promptly and was able to access our furnace and get up to date. He was professional and courteous! He explained everything he was doing and finished in a timely manner! I will definitely use Done again!!!

Waived the $59 site visit fee since I needed work done. Darrell was very friendly, professional, efficient and did great work! Got my secondary line unclogged and did a great job diagnosing the problem/potential future issues. Price to do the work was reasonable and they even offered to give me a complimentary camera service to give me an idea of the condition of my drain pipes. Lazaro came the next week and did a great work on that! I’ve unfortunately had to have a lot of plumbers come to my house over the years, and of all of them I am most satisfied with the work Done did for the price they did it at!

Good service and they give me every option to fix my issues.

Mark came to check the A/C in our home this morning. He was very friendly, thorough,
and informative. He checked everything, ran a diagnostic on the system, and provided his findings. Thankfully we only needed to replace the filter. Mark answered all of our questions, and we had cool air blowing through the vents before he left the house.

Louis Jones did an amazing job of communicating what was happening, explained what he was doing and why, and answered additional questions I had about the plumbing issue. He even followed up the next day which was very thoughtful of him. I appreciate his expertise, his professionalism, and his communication.
Truly a great experience.

The technician that arrived was extremely helpful in telling me exactly what was going on with my AC unit. He had great customer service. It really broke things down for me as easily as possible, and gave me some Pointers on how to take care of my next unit. Definitely a fantastic employee would highly recommend him to many others.

Technician Caedon did excellent job to my specifications. New lighting fixtures and code compliant smoke/CO detectors installed. Very pleased with the results. Would recommend and would hire again.

We noticed some drainage issues in our basement of our first home, purchased 6 months ago. A friend recommended Done to help us figure out what was going on. Put in a request for service in the morning, and by 3:30pm on the same day, Dylan K. came out to put my fears to rest. A quick check on things and some advice for maintenance (and a check on our main water valve which was not part of our concern but Dylan wanted to make sure I was familiar with all the most important plumbing things in our new home which was above and beyond) and he was on his way. Kindly, he waived the service charge and even if he hadn't, I'd be writing this review. God forbid I need more plumbing help, but if I do, I know who I'm calling. Great service, thanks again!
