This is the only plumbing company you should be hiring! DJ was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He was able to come help on short notice, and was efficient to help us fix our leak. He went through all of our available options, and even gave recommendations for long term solutions rather than a quick fix. He took the time to explain why issues and breaks can happen over time and what updates can help avoid facing those issues. All of the shared information felt educational and with a focus of taking care of our home, rather than other companies that have pushed upselling. I really appreciate the care that was given and I look forward to DJ helping us in the future!

Update in 2024: Jay checked our heater and Chad fixed plumbing pipes and installed whole house filter. Chad was so helpful since I was in a bind with an old water filter we couldn’t remove and pipes were dripping; he serviced that very day. Done provides excellent service and quality work!!! I highly recommend!

Done plumbing and heating have provided great service for many years to our home. Today Jack and Jorge came for heater maintenance; they were professional, helpful and informative. Last month John flushed the water heater for a great price. He was also professional, informative and friendly.

We needed our kitchen faucet replaced. We called this company and they were able to send Chad out right away. We already had the new faucet but still thought the estimate was really reasonable. It took him a few hours and he did an awesome job! Highly recommend.
