I don't know what I would have done without the folks at Done Plumbing! From the dispatch ladies, to the people who try and help you troubleshoot your issue, and the technicians themselves, Done is a wonderful company. Clyde Sweetalla was my technician and did an outstanding job! He answered my questions and explained things to me so that I understood what he was doing and why it was necessary to fix the issues I had going on in my home. What a wonderful asset he is to your company! He also gave me advice and tips on how to keep my plumbing better maintained, so that I hopefully don't experience problems of this magnitude in the future. Dylan Knutson and another gentleman named Austin helped me on a different day and were equally helpful and knowledgeable. Done also offers financing options for bigger jobs, and that alone is a huge lifesaver, especially for bigger jobs like the one I was faced with. 10/10 would recommend!

Two experts, one for furnace and one for waterheater, did fantastic work at my home just yesterday. I've hired DONE in the past and will have them return again.

My water heater failed and I needed to get it replaced working with a specific program. DJ came out and took care of it. He was very professional, clean and thorough. The job took longer because my water heater was from 2005 and he needed to get different parts twice, but he stayed and saw it through. He even took a look at a problem I was having in my master bath and gave his opinion. My permit arrived and I'm good to go! It was as great an experience as you can have when your water heater gives up the ghost.

It's important that you can depend on people to be honest and provide good reasonable service. This means if the problem is not something they can fix. Tell the truth and not concoct an unnecessary repair. That's exactly what Cody did for me. He said it wasn't a plumbing problem but an appliance problem and even pointed out an area where there may be mold caused by the appliance. NO CHARGE. I appreciate his honesty and service.
I've used DONE before and will continue to call them whenever I have a plumbing problem.
