What is great about Done is that they carry new parts and water heaters on their truck, so it was installed the same day. Have used Done Plumbing before, they are my go-to for all my plumbing needs. This time, I had a jammed garbage disposal and their repairman, Roscoe, was able to get it working again quickly. He was friendly and after some effort on his part, saved me from having to replace it. Thank you Roscoe!

The plumber, Josh Tweed, arrived promptly at my residence and fixed the problem very quickly. He explained the problem and the fix, and suggested which repair plan to choose. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions.

He was very transparent about the situation and potential costs. Once he discovered the source of the leak, he clearly explained what was happening, quickly got the proper parts to repair it, and we were able to turn our water back on functionally within the hour. It’s very rare that a tech is available right at the opening of the appointment window. Chad arrived at my house two minutes before I could get there. He was friendly, efficient, and his work was good. Pricing was a bit of a sticker shock, but considering the current environment, and the amount I was able to learn just from observation, it’s not an issue.

Done has been out to install a water tank at my place before, it was expensive even then, but the work was quality. I recommend them, but make sure to put some money aside to cover the costs.

Roscoe was a very prompt and professional technician. He explained clearly what the problem was regarding our outdoor faucet and showed us the damage from prior freeze. He completed the work in a high quality manner and was polite and courteous.

We had three toilets which continued to run intermittently, even after replacing the tanks' innards numerous times. Done was able to replace all three on the same day, while leaving us access to at least one at any given time. They are no longer running all day, and they look really nice. The technician was well skilled and very polite. I would use this company again.
