Does the Care Club cover all of Done's services?

Yes. Your Care Club membership applies across all four trades Done services — HVAC (heating and cooling), plumbing, and electrical. Priority scheduling and repair discounts apply regardless of which type of technician you need, and your annual tune-ups cover both your heating and cooling systems plus a plumbing inspection.

What happens if I need service between tune-up visits?

Your membership is active 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. If something breaks or you notice a problem between scheduled visits, just call us. As a Care Club member you move to the front of the scheduling queue and your repair discount applies automatically — no extra steps needed on your end.

Is there a contract or long-term commitment?

The Care Club is designed to be flexible. We offer monthly and annual billing options, and you can cancel at any time. We want you to stay because the value is obvious — not because you are locked into something. If you ever have concerns, our team is one call away to work things out.

Can I add my water heater or other equipment to the tune-up schedule?

Absolutely. While every Care Club plan includes a standard heating and cooling tune-up plus a plumbing inspection, our technicians can assess your water heater, whole-home humidifier, air purifier, or other installed equipment during the visit. If additional service is recommended, your member discount will apply to any follow-up work.

The price is in line with what others are charging. I didn't have any ideas going in, so this is not a knock on Done! Tankless systems are expensive. I never felt any pressure from the tech. He was professional and courteous.

We contacted Done Plumbing after our water heater broke. They didn’t have availability until the next day but still managed to get up on the schedule within hours! Terry arrived and was very thorough with his work he not only looked at the direct problem but also things that could have cause it. He didn’t just tell us what was wrong but showed us as well. He was very transparent with pricing options and options for a new water heater and even gave us estimates for future work that will help prevent this from happening again. He was very understanding about our request for boot covers due to allergies and even offered to wear gloves and a full coveralls which we greatly appreciated! He worked hard and efficiently and was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Very friendly! As unfortunate as it was to have it break he made it a better experience and fully replaced it same day! We could not have asked for a better experience! A very experienced, professional and skilled team of Caedon, Tyler, James and Eli re-wired the main floor of our 100+ year old home when a small electrical fire was found during a diagnostic visit meant to trouble shoot a malfunctioning bedroom ceiling light.

The team was extremely thorough and corrected several wiring errors that had been done over the past 100 years - some due to code changes and some due to shoddy, cutting-corners-work done on a 10 year old remodel. The project took two days, and included breaker panel additions, discovering buried outlets, and eliminating live sections of wire no longer being used. The team cleaned up the work space every day and patched wall areas that were cut in an attempt to locate buried outlets. With every discovery, the situation was explained in depth and at the level where we could understand the issue.

We have used Done for large plumbing, and now, large electrical work and have been 1000% satisfied with every interaction.
