It means we stand behind the quality of the work our technicians perform. If a repair, installation, or service we completed fails or doesn’t meet the standard we promised, we’ll come back out and fix it at no additional charge. It’s not a marketing phrase — it’s an accountability promise we take seriously on every job.
Does the guarantee cover parts and equipment too?
Parts and equipment are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, which we’ll clearly explain before installation. Our workmanship guarantee covers the labor and craftsmanship involved in the installation or repair itself. In many cases these work hand-in-hand — if a part fails during the warranty period and the issue is tied to how it was installed, we’ll make it right regardless.
What if I'm not happy with the service even if nothing is technically wrong?
We want you to be genuinely satisfied, not just technically serviced. I had a team come out to replace our very old hvac system. Gabriel and Yaz did their very best to leave us with functioning AC even with every obstacle they faced. Had an excellent experience with It's Done Plumbing and Jake the technician. He showed up early, gave me an accurate estimate and finished the job to my complete satisfaction. Will definitely use their services again. 9/08/21 Had another plumbing issue and call Done again. Superb service. Caleb and Dalton did a terrific job. Fast, thorough, clean and helpful. I won't even consider calling anyone else. 2/7/23 Jared from Done came and cleared a slow basement drain. Quick, professional and left no mess. Done is the only plumbing service I use. Always satisfied. 3/1/24 I was considering having a tankless hot water system installed. I reached out to Done! to see about an estimate. The price was higher than I can afford right now. The price is in line with what others are charging. I didn't have any ideas going in, so this is not a knock on Done! Tankless systems are expensive. I never felt any pressure from the tech. He was professional and courteous. 4/21/26 Decided to have a preemptive cable clean out due to some roots from a holly plant. We weren't having an issue, just decided to stay ahead of it. Jason was quick, courteous and efficient. A good experience. 6/24/26 The fixture in the shower failed internally. It wouldn't allow the water to shut off. Dan fixed it in less than an hour. Completely satisfied, as usual. Done is reliable and reasonably priced. What more could you ask from a company? 8/9/26 The washing machine drain hose empties into a PVC pipe that then empties into the main drain. There was a clog somewhere. Done Plumbing sent Matthew out to clear it. He succeeded quickly and completely. The price was less than I imagined it would be. Completely satisfied, as usual. 8/17/26 The previous issue with the washer drain stand pipe was more complicated than it seemed. Turns out, the cast iron pipe under the basement floor had degraded to the point where the water drained very slowly. Justin identified the most efficient approach, both in cost and in time, to repair the issue. The concrete work was done on a single day, with minimal disruption to my household. Justin was terrific from start to finish. He kept me informed every step of the way. Done has always treated me fairly and quickly solved my plumbing issues. Highly recommended. Justin is the man!
