If your city isn’t listed on our service area pages, the best step is to contact Done directly — our service coverage extends throughout the Denver metro and Front Range corridor, and we serve many communities that may not appear by name on every page of our website. Service boundaries aren’t always captured perfectly in a static list, and our team can quickly confirm whether we can reach your address. Don’t assume you’re outside our area without asking first.
Where Done Serves
Done’s primary service area covers the Denver metropolitan area and the broader Front Range from roughly Fort Collins in the north through the south metro. This includes Denver proper, Aurora, Lakewood, Arvada, Westminster, Thornton, Northglenn, Broomfield, Brighton, Commerce City, and surrounding communities. We also serve communities along the I-25 corridor including Englewood, Littleton, Centennial, Parker, Castle Rock, Lone Tree, and Highlands Ranch. Boulder County communities and communities east toward the plains are serviced on a case-by-case basis.
The Front Range geography presents some natural service boundaries — mountain communities west of the foothills are generally outside our standard service zone — but for anywhere in the metro Denver footprint and its immediate surrounding communities, there’s a very good chance we can reach you.
Why City Lists Can Be Incomplete
Website service area pages tend to highlight the most-searched city names and the largest communities in a region. That often leaves out smaller incorporated towns, unincorporated county areas, newer developments on the urban fringe, and communities that go by informal names different from their official municipality designation. Jefferson County alone has dozens of distinct neighborhoods and communities that aren’t always listed independently on service provider websites, even when those providers regularly work in those areas.
If you live in an unincorporated area — common in Arapahoe, Douglas, Adams, or Jefferson Counties — your address may fall within a county area that a service page doesn’t specifically call out, even though it’s well within our team’s regular working territory.

What Happens If You’re Just Outside Our Area
If your location genuinely falls outside our standard service territory, we’ll let you know honestly rather than take a job we can’t service well. In some cases, depending on the nature of the work and scheduling logistics, we may still be able to accommodate you — especially for larger projects like system replacements or sewer line repairs where travel time is a smaller factor in the overall project scope.
We’d rather be upfront about our reach than send a technician who’s too far out to provide timely follow-up support. Colorado homeowners deserve reliable, local service — and if we can’t be that for you, we’ll say so rather than overcommit.
Done’s Commitment to Front Range Homeowners
Done has been serving Denver-area homeowners since 1999, building a reputation across dozens of Front Range communities for responsive, honest, and technically skilled HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and drain service. Our technicians live and work in these same communities, understand local construction, Colorado’s climate demands, and the specific challenges of homes built across different eras of Front Range growth.
If you have a question about service availability or want to schedule an appointment, reach out through our contact page or learn more about who we are on our about page. We’re happy to help confirm coverage and get your repair or project on the calendar.
