Done sent John Blair to our home because we had a leak coming from a pipe above the hot water heater. He arrived earlier than expected which was a good thing and greatly appreciated. We were really hoping we wouldn't need a new hot water heater, but ultimately after being presented with all the information we determined that we needed a new hot water heater. This was installed efficiently and courteously. John was great and we would not hesitate to utilize his services again. Thanks!

They recently assisted us with a broken water heater (essential during the Colorado winter) and did not push extra services on us. Heating furnace has been giving me issues for several weeks and finally this past weekend gave up I think. I called Saturday afternoon and was told a tech could come out at 8am on Monday--not ideal since I did not have heat, but what else was I to do?
Dara arrived at 8am and immediately explained that situation. After the $39 fee he had to do a diagnostic fee that was over $200 that would tell me what needs to be fixed. If I choose to do the work that gets removed and I am just charged for the work. Turns out my igniter was faulty and that was a $371 fix. So either I pay almost the same amount and have it fixed by Done or I pay a little less and fix it myself with a simple part. I ended up just paying to have it done, but I think that when you make the appointment they should tell you upfront that on top of the $39 trip charge you will be paying for an additional $200 to have it looked at. I get you have to charge for diagnostic work, it is a business and you have to be able to tell the person what is wrong, but I do not want anyone else looking for reviews of Done to be taken back like I was. The igniter could easily have been replaced by me, but because I was kind of shoulder into this price or that I felt like I was taken advantage of a little bit.
Dara was an awesome tech though and explained that I do need a new furnace (not bothering since I am selling) and a couple things that were not up to 'code' per say. He did not mind my puppy jumping up on him or my cats trying to climb in his bag and he was super nice about everything.

Dara, the Done Plumbing technician who arrived promptly, was courteous, respected our desire for a clean repair, achieved the replacement of our our heating system furnace in a timely manner and helped us understand what had happened, in a professional manner. Thank you.

I would definitely recommend Done Plumbing. Our plumber, Darrell, showed up right on time and was very polite and friendly. He also explained everything he was going to do before doing it, and when he identified the problem he made sure to show us what was causing the issue (in our case a rubber valve had disintegrated and was clogging up various portions of our faucet). Finally, the person answering the phone was very friendly. She was able to schedule us immediately and followed up with a confirmation email and a phone call reminder the night before our appointment.

Should have call Done the first time. Got stiffed twice by a different comp, Called Done, tech was there the next day. Jake was excellent at solving my problems. On time, very polite, and very helpful. Will call you first next time I need help. Thanks

Lincoln did a fine job. Professional and courteous. We've used Done for many years from minor stuff to having our main line replaced. Our floor drain was backing up again and we were concerned something was wrong with that expensive main line repair. After testing, Lincoln assured us the main line was fine and the back up was coming from elsewhere. Lincoln did some snaking and all seems okay now. Lincoln also took time to look around and noticed the age of our water heater, now 19 years old. While not looking forward to that expense, something we'll obviously take care of soon. Thanks.

Done Plumbing saved our holidays! On Christmas eve morning we discovered that we had a backed up drain that flooded our basement.
We attempted to snake the drain ourselves, but couldn't get far enough.
I then tried to call several plumbing companies and couldn't get one to show that day. Ultimately I called Done and they sent Logan over that afternoon. He was terrific. Very professional and worked quickly.

Done right the first time. While not cheap, Done's pricing is in line with the rest of the industry. However, their service is top notch. Devon arrived on time, presented a price for my refrigerator water line repair up front, and got to work. There was a misunderstanding about the way I requested the water line to be recessed into the wall -- I showed a picture up front when I requested service. Devon took full responsibility for the misunderstanding, performed the service as requested quickly professionally, courteously, and without any change in fee. Did I mention I requested service at night and everything was completed the next morning? Plus a follow-up call to make sure everything was performed as expected. I recommend Devon and Done! Plumbing and Heating, and have already referred them another client.

my parents and i were concerned when the downstairs toilet gave us some difficulties we called done plumping and heating and asked them to give us an appointment so we could get it taken care of. they gave us an appointment for the next day. shortly after our call ended we received a surprise call from done saying they had a cancellation and a employee was available to do the job that day! we were surprised but very grateful! when doug showed up he was polite and professional. he explained the rates and what the options were and got the job done quickly and efficiently .we have used their services before and have not been disappointed they always do right by us.

Jerry was very concerned to the situation and solved the problem in a timely manner. He was very nice and helpful. I had another tech - DJ this week end. He was also very nice and helpful and fixed everything very quickly. As always, Done does a good job.

Vern was prompt, professional, and committed to providing us with a solution that would resolve our plumbing issues and keep us from future work. He solved our water pressure issues, non-working shower, AND made sure that an old water softener didn't provide issues for us in the future. Sat afternoon I found that I had misused my garbage disposal and I totally plugged up my kitchen sink. I called Done and we had a technician at our doorstep in 20 minutes. Jake, the technician was knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. He completed the job and was out the door in about 30 minutes. Thank You Jake and DONE

I had a stopped-up kitchen sink, one that had been clogged twice in as many months without any good reason. Jeremiah came over, assessed the plumbing under the house, and determined that the piping had been installed incorrectly and in such a way to cause blockage. He then replaced the problematic piping and corrected for the original installation error. Afterwards, he showed me the old pipes he'd cut out-- and sure enough, the entire length was packed with a mess of solidified food, to the point it's a wonder water got through at all. His assessment of the problem was clearly spot-on. Since then, I've had no drain issues at all.

Jeremiah was polite, friendly, and professional. He not only knows his stuff, as evidenced by his quick identification of my plumbing problem, but also very clearly cares sincerely for his clients and about doing a high-quality job. He was efficient with his time and fair in pricing.

This was the first time I've used Done Plumbing. If Jeremiah represents the quality you get with Done plumbers, I will be using them again in future.

Gavin arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem (leaking 3 inch ABS drain pipe). Piping had apparently shifted due to settling of the home's foundation, which placed stress on the piping. Gavin both replaced piping and made adjustments to ensure that the drainage is now downward sloping as it was originally. Before departing, Gavin also noticed that the garbage disposal required tightening, which he took care of at no extra charge. Completely pleasant and professional all the way around and the 5 Stars is well earned!

Had a 9 AM appointment and Done called to see if their technician (John Blair) could arrive early which was fine by me. He quickly assessed what he needed to replace the sprinkler shut-off valve that was leaking and completed the job quickly. Very pleasant and informative about what he was doing. This is the third time I have used Done Plumbing and have been very happy every time.

Austin, with Done Plumbing has been great. My mom is 92 and we are in the process of remodeling her bath to make it easier for her to use. Because of my mom's age, Done Plumbing has been working with me (her daughter) and as so patient to work with my work and travel schedule. Wonderful people.

Our sewer backed up, causing a wet alert alarm to go off. I called your office and your tech (I think Nathan was his name) came out at the designated time to roto-root the line. He was very courteous, respectful and neat, and finished the job. He said that he could not guarantee the work until the line was TV'd. He set au the appointment to get the limne inspected. This time it was Jason Winkler that came to do the inspection. He was also prompt, very courteous, and asked me to watch the inspection. We found three separate and distinctive root invasion locations, all three locations were more than 95% plugged. Only after pushing the camera though the roots did the liquid in the line start to flow. Jason also pointed out several joints which had missing gaskets. Jason told us the only way to get the system to work like it was supposed to was to replace the entire line, from the house to the city connection. Jason then provided an estimate for the work, and set a day to get it accomplished.
The work crew, and Jason, arrived at the prescribed time. Everyone was courteous and set about to do the work without making too much of a mess. The work was compleded by the end of the da, except the paving of the patch in the street. Jason then had me watch as we TV'd the line again...WHAT A DIFFERENCE! The construction crew cleaned the area very neatly, leaving only the top of the excavated trench bare. By the way, your office personnel called ahead of every visit, and during construction, to keep me informed of schedule, etc. I am extremely pleased with the professional, courteous care we received from Done Plumbing, especially Jason.

Water on the kitchen floor due to a leak in the disposal cartridge. Put a bucket under it and went to bed. Called Done Plumbing the next morning. A tech came out the next morning at the prescribed agreed upon time. He was very courteous and helpful. A new cartridge was on his truck, he installed it and we are back to normal. This was not the first time we called Done Plumbing. Our experience again was exceptional. We highly recommend this company for any of your plumbing problems.

Done! Plumbing and Heating repaired my non-functional sewer line this week. It was a major repair and cost me close to $14K! Yep, that's a lot of clams! BUT they did exactly what they said they'd do, when they said they'd do it and for the price they quoted me. It was one of the best customer experiences I've ever had and am I glad they have financing options! I appreciate the speed with which they fixed the problem and it was barely an inconvenience. Nice folks to deal with and always up front and honest.
