The technician was competent and performed the work in an excellent manner. He respected my home and was thorough in the work and the clean-up afterwards. As usual with plumbing work, the cost of labor is obscene although I think Done might be a little cheaper than some others. In the unfortunate event that I need plumbing work done in the future, I will probably call this company again.

My water heater needed to be replaced and it was not exactly in an easy to reach spot! It was tucked in the corner of a tiny closet with my furnace. Not only that, the water heater was blocked by numerous pipes and ducts. Not exactly a piece of cake to swap out! Every other plumber I went to quoted me about $500-700 extra because they would need to hire an HVAC contractor. But, Brian just charged me for the water heater (with a 10 year warranty...also unmatched by other businesses), and a reasonable amount for the difficulty of getting the old one out and installing the new one.
A job like that could certainly make anyone disgruntled, but Brian had the most positive attitude from the moment he came over to look at it, until he left my house. He was understanding that I needed to shop around for a few other quotes before making my decision and he never made it feel like he was taking advantage of the situation and selling me unnecessary "extras". He didn't show any panic or frustration with this complicated process, as others had done when they came to give me an estimate. That really helped to instill trust in his work and what the company stands for. When he was done, he showed me the important components and made sure I understood each piece. The office also is very professional and on target with communication to the customer and the technician. If I have a question, I'll receive a call within minutes from either Brian or the office. I actually received a phone call asking about my experience just moments after Brian left my house. I can tell Done really cares about a positive customer experience, as shown in the people they employee. Whether it''s the friendly staff or a knowledgeable and personable tech like Brian, it seems understood that it's not just about replacing the water heater with a better one. It's about doing whatever they can to ease the stress of a high involvement purchase like this by their professional employees and efficient operations.

I had a cracked, leaking toilet tank. I also had a faucet in the same bathroom that had leaked for some time, so I had that fixed in the same call. Doug was very polite and professional, explained my options to me, and arrived as predicted. I appreciated the speed and professionalism.

Chad did a very, very good job for us today. He found the leak in the house quickly and accurately, and provided a very fair cost estimate. Upon finding an improperly installed wax ring on the toilet, he discussed two options with pricing to correct the problem, and completed the job quickly. I will use your company in the future for any plumbing needs/emergencies I have and am DONE with the big local plumbing outfit (wont' ring that Bell again) that didn't have time for us until after hours with o/t rates!! because we couldn't schedule an appt ahead of time. Done Plumbing has installed our new Carrier heating unit (last year) and an A/C unit this year.
Its great to have someone answer your call and not have to listen to numerous commands to get a person to talk with.

After waiting for over 24 hours for another company to show up and then getting a phone call telling us it would be the next day, I called Done plumbing.
They had a tech here within 45 minutes. His name was Josh, and he was the most polite and curtious tradesman we have ever had come to the house.

Our house is over forty years old and we've been having drainage backups for the past two months. My efforts as the Home Handyman were ineffective. My wife advised calling Done. Jeremy and Vern were two of the nicest guys you could want to meet and they knew their stuff! We're very satisfied and will plan on using Done for regular maintenance from here on out.

I called thinking I wouldn't see a plumber until at least the next day, but to my surprise they told me they could get someone to my house now! Homero Gallegos showed up within the hour. He was extremely polite and informative! Overall, a great experience! We will use Done Plumbing again!

Unfortunately, things like plumbing emergencies seem to come up at inconvenient times...nights and weekends. In the past, we've used Done Plumbing for non-crisis problem issues such as a leaking shower drain pan. This time around, our water heater went out early Sunday morning with the beginnings of containment failure and water seepage into an adjacent room carpet. Despite already having a full schedule for the day, Done had a technician out by mid-afternoon. Quinn truly went above and beyond in not only getting the water heater replaced, taking great care in the process to avoid any mess in the house, but heading out to get an optional improved valve for the water line to our central furnace humidifier. As a result he put in extra time to leave us with a safer overall installation. It is employees like Quinn which keep us coming back to Done when we have plumbing issues. Highly recommended!

Gee, when I got up in the morning and went to the basement to walk on the treadmill I heard water running and when I investigated I found water coming out of the hot water heater and luckily running down the drain. Got my husband up and he called Done Plumbing at 7 am and was told they would be out about noon. This water heater was installed by Done and only 4 years old. Gavin and his trainee, David, came out and then went to get a new hot water heater. We were only charged for the labor and by the end of the day we had a new hot water. Gavin was the one who installed the original water heater. These guys are really professional and made sure it was done right and left the house as clean as they found it.

I have used Done plumbing on several occasions. They have never disappointed me with their prompt, courteous & professional employees & staff.

Thomas was on-time, friendly, and extremely helpful. He explained everything he was doing in great detail, which is helpful for a first-time homebuyer like myself! Would definitely recommend Done! to anyone who needs help with plumbing and heating services.

I initially called Done Plumbing due to a slow drain clogged by tree roots and Austin Steinbach serviced this call and was 100% courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Throughout the job, Austin maintained a polite and courteous demeanor as the job required additional work and into the evening. The job eventually required a camera of the line where I was introduced to Jason Winkler, another great asset to the Done Plumbing team. The result was definitely not one any homeowner would like to hear but my sewer line had shifted a great deal and my access to the city main line was minimal. Jason from the start was 100% courteous and professional and enjoyed sharing his knowledge with me. Jason talked and taught me as the camera went through the line which all looked good up until we got to the city main. Jason could not have been more patient with me and all my questions but thoroughly informed me of my options so I could make the right decision. I highly recommend Done Plumbing as their staff and ownership from the initial phone call through to the final billing were always pleasant and willing to help.

I own a management company and I find they are professional, arrive on time and tenants have never had a complaint about their not cleaning up after themselves. Invoice comes right away and we're done. Great service.

I am impressed with this company! They were able to come out the same day and clean the basement drain. They were professional, put covers on their shoes to protect my floors. They were very nice, did a good job, cleaned up afterwards. I highly recommend them and I would use them again! They even sent a thank you. First time I have ever received a thank you from a company who cleaned my basement drain. They have a great automated system with notification when technicians are on their way and follow up.

I unconditionally and happily recommend Quinn B. for all of your plumbing needs. Quinn was professional, respectfully, patient, hard working, able to respond to all of my questions and very qualified to cure a bunch of my plumbing issues.
Once he fixed my TOTO toilet, he offered to check out any other issues I had. I had two longstanding issues with outdoor leaking faucets which he then repaired/replaced, along with a faulty main house cut-off which we discovered didn't function properly (likely since it was originally installed in 1979!) which he also replaced.
It sounds like loads of money to complete, but DONE's pricing is very fair and reasonable and fully disclosed up front BEFORE I consented to the work orders!

As the other reviews indicate, Done Plumbing & Heating answer the phone promptly, send out a technician promptly, solve the problem promptly with boot covers on their feet. They do a great job fast and efficiently. I could not find another plumber to solve the leak in my basement as well as Done solved the problem.

They answer the phone with the phrase "we get it done" and they are right. The got it done. Called about furnace. Shaun and Jack showed up within 2 hours of call. Courteous and Professional. First thing they did was put on boot covers to protect my floor. diagnosed the problem quickly and made the repair just as fast. These guys also took the time to point out other items to be aware of and how to fix them if needed.
I, without a doubt, recommend this company and Shaun and Jack.

Nick arrived early. Found the problem as to why the toilet would not fill with water; the pressure was too high. He searched under the crawl space for the pipes, found that a valve was broken hence the banging when the cold water was turned on to far. The valve replacement plus the new turnoff handle to bring it up to code and the rebuilding on the flush mechanism was just under $1000. The house was built in 1984 so I can feel good that everything lasted as long as it has done.
