We found our basement floor drain backing up to the point of interferring with toilet function. I was unable to get service that evening but scheduled for the next day. Service tech. arrived early, assessed the problem and went to work. Problem solved, suggestions provided to prevent it happening again, and area left neat and clean. Use Done! for
all of our plumbing needs, always great to work with them.

A couple of days have passed and it seems the work was done correctly; no more bathtub faucet leaks. Technician cleaned up after himself, and politely stood by as I tested work done. His voice and demeanor very good. I have no issues.

Yesterday Lincoln from Done! came to take care of a broken outdoor faucet and we couldn't be happier with his work. Not only did he arrive exactly when expected, he was conscious about putting booties on his boots every time he went in and out of the house, he kept me informed of every step of the process, provided a thorough explanation of the repairs, and he was VERY pleasant to deal with. This is the third time we've used Done! and every time has been a very good experience. If Done! continues to operate like this, they'll be the only plumbing company we will ever use! They're support staff is awesome also. They called to let me know when Lincoln was on his way, followed up after the job, and were very helpful when I first called to make the appointment. Thank you Done!

Except for sticker shock I had a really good experience with my technician Brian Hertges. Brian was very professional very knowledgeable and very understanding about what had to be done and understanding about amount of money I was having to spend.

My hot water tank went out and done got to me within 24 hours worked with the company who held the warranty on my water heater went to Lowe's and picked up a new water heater for me. Brian also explained what he had to do about putting me in compliance with Douglas County and handle that as well.

It was definitely a good experience at the very expensive one. I would definitely use Done again.

I needed my back yard drain cleared of some tree roots. Josh was a few minutes early. He was polite, he came in the house with shoe covers so as not to track anything on the floor.He explained what he was going to do and how long it would take as well as explaining the cost. He was professional and friendly. After he finished the job, he checked thoroughly to be sure that the actual problem had been resolved. He left everything cleaned up and anything which was moved to accommodate the equipment was returned to the correct place. I will use Done Plumbing in the future and I will ask for Josh. The office staff was also very professional and courteous.

Quinn did an excellent job plumbing in our garage sink - including extra shutoff valves to prevent freezing problems in the winter. Quinn is a fast, skilled tech who does excellent work. And he's a great guy.

I had called Done plumbing about a Sewer inspection cause I was told by a different contractor I had a sewage break, they came out right away (same day). They informed me that it was actually a sink issue, and I needed to remove all the water, decayed food,. So, they waited around for me to get another contractor out, I couldn't find one. The tech suggested one and they came out within 90 min. Awesome!! The tech communicated with me the whole step of the way, and was very patient with me during my panic situation. The tech who did the repairs was very nice and polite and done a very good job especially considering the condition of area the pipe was located. I will definitely use them again if I need another plumber. I was impressed with Done Plumbing and heating.

Joe was on time, thorough, efficient, and everything you would want or need in a master plumber. We brought him in to install a water conditioning unit, and was extremely helpful in explaining our options.

I have used Done Plumbing for years and have always been pleased with their prompt service and helpful technicians. The past 2 times I have called, Doug has come out for the service. He is knowledgeable, personable and very courteous.

They say they can "Get it Done!" and they aren't kidding. I recommend Done to everyone I know, they've repaired my AC unit and eased my mind about our new gas line on previous occasions. But, this time my AC quit working sometime Sunday evening. After some DIY troubleshooting we couldn't get it back on, and I called Done around 8:45 that evening they took my info and I was on the "to call" list for the next day. The next morning by 7:20, I got a call from April and she was able to schedule Tavish out around 9 that morning! Turns out the furnace motor had given out. Tavish was very straight-forward and not overly salesy. We had an 16yo furnace existing that was a less than stellar brand that had outlived its life expectancy already, we could replace the motor but it probably wasn't going to last long and was nothing more than a bandaid fix. Our AC unit isn't very old and still has life in it, but obviously wasn't going to work without a working furnace. Tavish provided us with 2 options for replacement units alongside the cost to replace the existing units' motor. He was able to explain the differences in the three options and answer all the questions I had. Ryan and Jack came out to install the unit and they were great. The install was clean and quick! By the end of the same day we had a new furnace and the AC was back on. Phenomenal service and great people!!

Josh was very professional and did everything in his power to keep things clean.
He was persistent and made sure that the problem was solved.

We first used Done Plumbing about 6 months ago. I just picked this company not knowing anything about them and had no referral. Our shower was making bubbling noises when the toilet flushed. The tech was a little puzzled but made his diagnosis and also talked to several other people to confirm his diagnosis. The tech decided that it was easier if we performed the simple task, but did give us an option of having the service done. We opted for doing it ourselves, and he even told us what to do! We were not even charged for a service call. I was very impressed with that first call, that we've used them again for replacing our kitchen sink faucet. They had to reschedule our appointment time and waived the service call fee, AND gave us an additional discount. Both tech's who came to our house are very professional and patient! (I have workers in my house before who have no patience and cuss) I was very impressed with the professional service received and will be calling Done Plumbing for any future plumbing services.

Just wanted recognize Austin S. for the prompt, thorough and excellent work he did in our kitchen last Sunday the 14th. HVAC Technician Tavish is who provided our service. He was friendly and explained what he was doing and why. He was considerate of our budget constraints and offered a couple of potential options to solve our air conditioning issue. Tavish had to leave to go to the Done supply house 30 minutes away to obtain necessary items. He returned the same day after having to wait to an extra 30 minutes to obtain the items. This was on a late Sunday afternoon. He could have easily said, "I'll come back tomorrow," but he made the effort to finish the job the same day. On a side note, it seems that Done's pricing is neither the most expensive nor the least - but availability, technician skill, and an involved owner do make a big difference.
