In spite of our best efforts to keep nearly everything but soap and water from going down our kitchen drain, we seem to need the drain cleaned about once a year. Always searching for a more satisfying experience I have tried many of the companies that pop up on my internet search. This is our first time to use Done Plumbing and Heating and we must say we are VERY impressed with your technician Josh and with your company policy. Josh was on time and very professional. He suggested a slightly different approach to the cleaning process that we had never had done and after spending all the time needed to do a thorough job we tested the results and were very pleased. We will certainly call Done Plumbing and request Josh the next time we need service. Thanks for being the kind of company that takes pride in their work and customer service.

Wow! From our initial call to the final email from the technician to summarize work performed, this is what I expect from a service company. DJ was courteous, kept me informed, gave me options, and was very up-front about the pricing structure. This is a rental property for us, and my tenants said he was kind and worked efficiently. Fantastic! Easily the best experience I've ever had with a plumber. My technician, Josh, was extremely kind and knowledgeable and went through all of my options for my service. He explained exactly what what going on and offered several solutions so I could choose what worked best for my budget. The communication from Done Plumbing was prompt and courteous and I felt informed every step of the way. They have just made a lifelong customer!

Professional, timely, flexible, they even came over at 7pm to work with our schedule. They were straight forward and honest, did such a great job cleaning out our drains. They did not try to up sale us on anything. Everyone from the person who answered the phone to the actual plumber were great professional and friendly. Highly recommended them!

I had flooding in my basement and called DONE because they had provided plumbing help before and I was pleased with their service and pricing. This time a young technician named David came out and crawled around my basement to find the source of the leak and not only was he efficient but very pleasant. He even returned to find out why my dishwasher door wouldn't open completely. (He had checked the dishwasher to see if it was the cause of the leak). He is such a wonder ful rep for this company. Found out that he volunteers on his off days to help veterans repair homes. I will never use any company except DONE.

Were SO appreciative of the quick response to our garbage disposer failure that filled our sink cabinet with water and being unable to use our sink. Done sent a smiling Bryan to install a new disposer at 7 a.m. the next morning, not 4 days later as another company could do. He had replacements on his truck which expedited the installation.

Wow, am I happy to find this company! We have had so many bad experiences with other companies that I was beginning to wonder if anyone out there actually cared about customers any more. Done Plumbing and Heating has outstanding service - from scheduling the appointment, arriving on time, treating us and our home with respect, and what is really a big deal, is that they know what they are doing, do a good job, and charge a fair price.

The tech from Done Plumbing was one of the best, He was quick, clean and took the time to pet my old blind dog, I will continue to use Done in the future, and hope you do the same.

This is the 3rd or 4th plumbing job that Done has completed for us, from big (main line replacement) to small. I appreciate the paperless approach they are now using. It was a little frustrating to have an appointment pushed back a few times But... they were able to attend to our non-emergency within a day and a half of first contact and once DJ showed up he had fixed our problem in under two hours. Friendly and polite, I would highly recommend Done Plumbing.

This was our third time using Done Heating and Plumbing. Quinn was our technician this time. We had a frozen pipe and a flooded basement and had been without water for a day. Quinn was very friendly and knowledgable and quickly located the leak and repaired it.

Every experience we have had with Done H&P has been great. Their prices have been lower than competitors each time. This third time, I didn't even bother getting another quote, I just picked up the phone and called Done. ADDING ON TO THIS REVIEW Sept 19, 2017 - Had another technician, John, out to install 2 toilets. He was fast, knowledgeable, efficient and super friendly!! I am very happy to have a go-to plumber these days with a house that is 19 years old and sure to need more work in the future. THANKS DONE!!

We had Chad come out to replace a leaking water heater and fix a leaky pipe. He did a fantastic job. Very professional and friendly. He kept us up to date during the entire process and made sure we knew we could ask questions at any time during the repairs. He also completed the repairs in less than the estimated time which is always a plus. We will recommend Done! to friends and family.

Holy Cow was this the best experience. Our water tank begin leaking about a week ago (we think) and we just noticed it a couple of days ago. We tried to do research on our own and go to the local hardware stores. We got a lot of great information but were completely in over our heads. We called Done! to help us out and they sent Vern. Vern was amazing! He explained everything to me in great detail and offered suggestions and things to keep in mind. We are very happy with our new water heater and I know we will call Done! and Vern for all our plumbing needs in the future. You've definitely built trust in this customer!

I had Done Heating and Plumbing come out to clean and service my furnace and a/c prior to the sale of my home. The dispatcher kept me informed as to when I could expect Salem, the tech, to show up. Salem arrived within the window of time given me. He was professional yet personable, he reviewed the receipt with me since I had to present it to my buyer, AND he left my house in good order. Our a/c stopped working late in the day on Thursday. I was referred to Done from a neighbor who told me he has had Jamey work on his house and other family and friend's houses. The dispatcher on Thursday evening was very helpful. The best thing was there were several open time slots for the very next day. Jamey was prompt and polite. He explained everything in detail and in a language that I could understand. He did not try to sell us things we did not need. Gave us his honest opinion. He was upfront with pricing with the repair we needed and for future replacement of our a/c and furnace. He sat down with us at the end of his visit and reviewed his notes with us. We will be calling Jamey for ANY heating and plumbing needs from now on!

Vern. Called Done! and I had a tech (Vern) out within 30 mins. We had a sewer line that was leaking. Appreciated the quick response and the great job that Vern did.

We live in Denver in an historic house which needs frequenr repairs. This is the second time we use Done - first time was for the toilet and now for the garbage disposal - and on both occasions they had an impeccable delivery. They sent a technician the same day, explained the work and the pricing clearly before doing it, and delivered expeditiously. I gave them five stars with no hesitation.

We had a flooding toilet that would not stop filling, and had to turn off the main water line, and were very grateful to have found Done Plumbing & Heating online (stroke of good luck as we had never used this company before) which had a couple of openings that very day as the company we do use was not available for another 3 days. The Master Plumber, Joe Lanteigne, diagnosed the problem, quoted us the price and how long it would take, and with our okay proceeded to install a Tank Rebuild quite proficiently. Needless to say, we were quite happy to have a working toilet once again, and will not hesitate to call Done Plumbing & Heating should another emergency arise.
