Joe was great. He kept me in the loop. He tried very hard to fix the problem without putting in a new faucet. A new faucet was the only way to to fix the the problem, but he tried. He cleaned up after himself. I appreciated the entire experience.

Done is fantastic! They sent Bryan out to us the same day we discovered several gas leaks in our new (old) home that weren’t listed on our inspection report. Not only did he replace the sections of leaky pipe quickly and painlessly, he also capped off the gas line to an old fireplace insert we wanted to remove, all for a rate that literally had us sighing with relief. Thank you Done! You’re on the fridge!

I had a 40 gallon water heater and that is just not enough hot water for 4 to 6 people to take a shower every morning. Kenny at Done Plumbing gave me some options and I went with a tankless water heater paired with a 60 gallon tank. Now we can have all three showers available at the same time! Amazing!! With almost endless hot water. The work was installed by Bryan who did a wonderful job relocating the cold water, hot water pipes and the gas line. What a great experience at a great price! Thank you for sending out such a great tech. We had no heat all night - when temps outside got down to single digits. We were chilly inside at 66°. They had a tech here within 3 hours of me calling. He spent a little less than 2 hours getting our furnace repaired at a very reasonable cost. He was very thorough in his work. He said originally that there was possible damage to the motor (about $650), but he ultimately said the motor seemed to be ok afterall (although he couldn't guarantee we wouldn't end up having to replace it - I'm so glad he didn't charge us for an expensive part that he wasn't positive if we even needed to replace - very honest, which was appreciated).

My spouse appreciated their being on time and then spending the time in finding the real problems and correcting them. Thank you.

Aron was very polite and knowledgeable. He showed up on New Years day. He inspected the furnace and found the problem. He could not get the part because it was a holiday. He apologized and said he would be out on the 2nd. He was and in the time frame we were told . I was not home when he installed the part.My wife Mary was home and was pleased with his work. We now have a working furnace again. We will call Done Plumbing $ Heating if needed again.

Done plumbing came out after 8pm without any problem to help us as if they truly were concerned about us and our house. The technician they sent David was very considerate and made no effort to try and overcharge us. He was clean and friendly and above all honest. We will most certainly refer them and we use them in the future.

I needed an old 75 gallon water heater replaced since it had started to leak. I called Done Plumbing because they were highly recommended by a local plumbing supplier. They are very responsive and had Joe come out quickly to give me a quote. He listened to what I wanted in a new heater - energy efficient, quiet, quick recovery - and suggested a few that would work. Once I approved the work, he came out the next day and installed the water heater. They even called after to make sure I was satisfied. I highly recommend using Done Plumbing. Their work was excellent, the service was outstanding, and the price was fair. I couldn't ask for anything more.

Tavish was my technician for the whole process from start to finish. They were very professional. They worked clean. Explained everything when I asked. They answered all my questions. Took the booties off after I told them they didn’t have to wear them. Programmed the thermostat for me. I felt very comfortable with two men I didn’t know in my home as I am a senior citizen. New furnace was in place in time I was told it would take. I highly recommend them to anyone if they need furnace repairs.

My furnace was acting up. Of course it was one of the coldest days so far this year. I gave Done Plumbing & Heating a call. We arranged for a service call for the next day. The techs arrive on scheduled! The furnace had started to run and provide heat just before the techs arrived but because of the previous issues I agreed to their service point check. They quickly found an issue with the exhaust gas blower which explained the previous furnace issues I was experiencing. They recorded the blower in operation and you could easily hear the bearings were shot. They were able to locate a replacement and had it installed within 3 hours. The furnace exhaust gas blower is now super quiet when running. The techs were very professional. The furnace is now running without issue. I highly recommend Done.

Thought we had a leak in the shower. Called "Done" - they had an appt. available at 1PM that day, so I scheduled it. Within 10 minutes, they'd called back, saying they had a cancellation, and that we could reschedule to 11A, so I confirmed, and within 20m or so, Chad arrived. Ran an extended test verify as to weather there WAS a leak, and he'd determined that there was none, and the cause of the discolored caulking had another (unrelated) cause. Wrapped it up, he TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN everything he was doing and why, he was pleasant, prompt, and very knowledgeable. We've used "Done!" before, and to this day, we're glad they're our 'First Call' with regards to plumbing - they're courteous, prompt, knowledgeable, and take the time to explain it all.

This was (unfortunately) the 2nd time we've had Done come out to deal with a plumbing problem. We got the recommendation from a co-worker of my wife - and they were spot on. We will continue to use Done b/c everything about both of the repair calls were handled and dealt with better than just about any other service company we've had come out (plumbing and otherwise). From the initial phone call to being moed up o the list b/c of a cancellation to the work being done very efficiently, both experiences have been nothing but ideal. We discovered a leak in our basement. They had someone out to our house within an hour. It turned out to be a big project - replacing our main water line. We worked with Chad and Jeremy. They were both great. Professional, knowledgeable and friendly too. The crew that came out was nice too. I liked that the main office always called to confirm days they were coming out and when they were on their way. I'd highly recommend them and plan to call them again whenever I need plumbing services again.
