They were the 2nd plumber I called and I was fortunate the 1st could not see me the same day. They were prompt, professional and did good work.

Josh came out to clean our main drain. He could not access clean out thorough crawl space due to the poor design of our house built in '78 so, he offered to go through our laundry drain. After the 2nd attempt he was able to clear some roots and got us back and running again. I really appreciate the 2nd effort and we'll always use Done plumbing and heating for any future needs. On time and efficient. No BS! I highly recommend Josh for any of your plumbing needs.

I've used Done for my home and my office. They are prompt, courteous, and professional. Each tech has been great, very impressive in the field and on the phone. Had a leaking pipe in an office bathroom last week. The tech arrived when he said he was, completed the work, and pointed out several things that needed to be done to keep us up to code. Another great job.

We had a very difficult clog in our kitchen drain. The water would run and drain for awhile but would then backup. The technician was very persistent in getting to the problem. He ran a 75' snake 3 times before we finally heard a big "glug". Then he filled the sink not 3 times, not 4, but 5 times to run through the pipe and make sure it was clear. He cleaned up all the black junk that had splattered inside the cabinet before leaving. He was very polite as well. We would definitely call them again.

Fast and easy to schedule an appt, arrived early after calling first, gave quote on one job and quickly fixed the second job. Tony was professional and did a great job!

I had a water heater than was leaking so Bryan was sent out to take a look. Turns out I needed a new one but he had exactly what was needed in his truck. The whole removal and install only took a couple of hours and Bryan was very personable and great the whole time. Definitely recommend.

I called DONE Plumbing because I had a leak underneath my sink that turned into a large amount of water and a ver big mess!. I remembered DONE plumbing as my neighbor used them when he needed a plumber and was very happy with their work. I called on Sunday morning and spoke with Aquanetta who was very nice and professional. She was able to dispatch Josh within the hour of my phone call. I really appreciated her follow up.
She sent me a picture of him so I would know who was coming to my home. What a nice touch! Once Josh accessed my problem,he was able to complete my job in the time specified. He also was able to take care of another issue in the same appoitment. He was very nice and personable. He said loves his job and just wants to fix what is "broken". He takes pride in his work. Called with a minor crisis with water heater. The technician was Gavin, arrived, assessed the problem, and fixed the problem. Further diagnosis revealed the likely culprit that caused it, to much high pressure in the line. Corrected that problem as well. Gavin was efficient, friendly, and diligent. His skills and abilities were top notch. Explained the costs up frontfand courses of action. I am very pleased.

Very understanding people and they consider your opinion and welcome input from the homeowner. The technicians are always courteous, the staff that answers the phone is polite and they try to accommodate you, and the technician are on time. Most of all, they give you an estimate up front and that's a relief to know what the work is going to entail and the cost.
I'll continue to do business with them because I trust them. It's all about trust and confidence in who you hire for your plumbing needs.

Had a new hot water heater installed. It was fastand easy. Installer, Bryan, was very courteous and knowledgeable. He even installed two carbon monoxide detectors for me.so I feel more safe and secure in my home. He did a great job. I would definitely recommend this company.

The plumber installed a toilet that I bought from somewhere else. He was very professional and left my water closet cleaner than it was before. I am extremely happy with the service I received just not the toilet I bought.

Brian is the bomb DOT COM!!! We have had several plumbers out for a flooding problem at our Hair Salon and they all try to tell us its a problem with the way the sink is being used, and usually can't get someone out for a couple days, but a flood can't wait a couple days! When I called Done, they not only had someone out that afternoon, Brian was early, and immediately found the real problem: a disconnected hose inside the sink.. He found a solution financially suitable for us, fixed it in minutes, and was kind and professional through the whole thing! They will definitely be our first call for any plumbing needs going forward!

At 11:00AM it became apparent the we needed to replace our Garbage disposal (having it fall off the bottom of the dual kitchen sink taking most of the associated plumbing with it was a clue). We gave Done Plumbing & Heating a call. Despite never having used their service before, they were on site by early afternoon and had the entire thing replaced/repaired by the end of the day at a competitive price.

We noticed a drip from a pipe in our crawl space. We decided to call Done Plumbing and Heating because of their high rating. We called for service at 6:38 pm and Terence was here, in less than an hour. He was very professional, friendly and informative. He determined where the leak was coming from and gave us options. The leak was coming from the dishwasher that needed replacing. Terence suggested we replace the dishwasher which we purchased and had install from another company. However, the day before the dishwasher was installed, we had Terence out for another appointment where he replaced hot/cold intake valves and dishwasher valve with new metal parts. We were very happy with our service from Done Plumbing and Heating & Terence!

Brain was incredible. He explained what was going on with my water heater and gave me an estimate. He then went and got the parts, returned quickly and did a thorough job reworking the drain system that was clogged. He went above and beyond by even reworking the humidifier drain so the water heater drain worked properly. He also replaced another small part that had become clogged, all without charging me extra. I will never use any other plumber.

The technician was very cordial in the initial meeting and was very respectful throughout the term of his detail here. When he had to go retrieve a part that was not in his truck, he told me where he was going, how long he expected to be gone, and why. The visit was extremely gratifying.
