During a visit, Vern was very clear in pointing out the problems, suggested a few possible options to take, privided kind and detailed explanations, and very effectively and efficiently solved the issue of lack of proper draining. We weren't sure if our sump pump was working or not. We thought there probably hadn't been any water discharged in a while. We had used Done Plumbing and Heating in the past with good results, so we called on them again. Darrell Begay arrived on time and, after looking at the sump pump and pit, recommended that we replace the sump pump. Roots had invaded the sump pump pit and wove their way around the float. Darrell quickly, professionally, and efficiently removed the old sump pump, cleaned out the pit, and installed the new sump pump. Darrell is a valuable resource for Done Plumbing and Heating. You can bet that we will use Done Plumbing and Heating for any future plumbing and heating needs.

Vern and Roscoe came out today to fix a pipe leak at our business property and I was extremely pleased with their service! I was referred to Done from a coworker and am so glad I was. We had a leak coming from the second floor bathtub to our kitchen. The technician was quick and thorough in locating the problem with a minimal cut in the ceiling. He explained all of the options that we had to fix the problem and quickly gave quotes for each one.

The costs was much less than we expected and the leak was fixed within an hour of the tech arriving (who was exactly on time as well). We are so glad we found a plumbing company that we can trust and will be using again for all future needs.

I called Done Plumbing to service my Airbnb guest room bathroom. The sink was clogged and the shower was too. They were able to set me up with an appointment for a tech to come out within 24 hours. When Terance arrived, I explained to him that I recently paid another plumber to come out and paid for the drains to be cleared. He took the time to explain what may be the root of the problem on a large scale. I was very skeptical of his explanation and challenged him on his plan to correct the situation. I'm not the easiest going of customers because as a female I have been swindled by previous male technicians. Terance never lost his cool with me. He was professional and fixed the problem.
