Great Service. The technician was knowledgeable and personable. He spent three and a half hours making necessary repairs to my water heater which included a new turn off knob, thermal expansion tank and water pressure gauge.

Our problem stemmed from gray water leaking inside of an interior basement wall very slowly over time. When leaking water finally became visible we called Done and Aaron did a wonderful job of finding the problem and correcting it and also bringing some old plumbing up to current codes. We were very pleased with Done service and will use them again if a need arises.

Lincoln, who has extensive experience with plumbing in old houses, found the cause of the water and silt backed up in my bathtub and fixed it promptly. What a relief to have that fixed!

Evan was the best. He made sure I knew all the details of the pricing and what he was doing. Nice young man.

Gavin is hands down one of the most knowledgeable and friendly people I have ever had the pleasure of having in my home. He was able to not only replace my sprinkler PCB but also attached drain plugs to the bottom so that I can more easily drain the system when winter comes. Looks great, and more importantly I can use my sprinklers again!

We have had experience with at least a half dozen plumbers over the years we have owned this home, and I always dread having to make a call to a plumber because of those experiences. We have never used the same one twice because of the shoddy and or sloppy work, or the up-sell of the technicians.
DONE Plumbing is professional, do the job they came to do, and the price is more than reasonable. Hopefully I won't need a plumber again, but when I do it will be DONE!

We had A/C problems. The Trane Unit that Done had installed 13 years ago had lost most all of the Freon. The Technician filled it with Freon to get it working again in this extremely hot temperature. Justin told us about the new Carrier A/C and furnaces they had available. He gave us a price for the units and installation. We decided to go with the new. They worked here for two days. All the technicians were great in their knowledge of the units and they all worked diligently. They were friendly and polite as we have experienced in past years dealing with the Done Company. I highly recommend this Company for any work they are able to do. I will continue to call them when there is a need.

I have used Done Plumbing and Heating for 16 years! No one else. My wife went to Iowa to see her family on vacation and ended up with emergency surgery. I was there for a week. When we got home our kitchen sink was backed up and water sitting! Called you on Thursday 6/23 late and Devon was out here Friday Morning! What a nice guy! Had the sinks clear in no time!! Even had the previous history of our drain problems! He was so courteous and professional and SO nice!! THIS is the reason we will NOT use anyone else for our plumbing problems. Patti Vogel

I'd known for months that something needed to be done about our kitchen sink's faucet set, along with the guest bathroom's faucet set, as well. I'd done the jobs years before -- not too expertly or well -- and was dreading the undertakings. Eleven months ago we'd had some help from DONE for our heating system and I decided to turn the faucet jobs over to someone who would know what to do and how to do it. I'm glad I did. Expert service is never "cheap" but when you turn to someone for professional help, you expect to compensate them appropriately. Austin did a superb job. My wife is happy. And I didn't have to try to turn my "senior" 6'4" frame into a pretzel. DONE is highly recommended.

As always Done was fantastic! Highly recommend them for all your plumbing and HVAC needs, they have never let me down!

They do the right thing to fix the problem ,No worries about being on time, they call you and let you know when the tech will be arriving. I have had to call them more than once. Never a problem .

We own a commercial building in Parker. We were having a terrible time trying to get a plumber out to fix a toilet valve with a severe leak. After calling 6 other plumbers and being unsuccessful in even getting someone out to look at our project, we called Done Plumbing and they sent their technician out that day and got it fixed for us.

Furthermore, the technician Nick, was early, very polite and very professional. He represented the company extremely well and we were extremely please with the results! Thanks Done and Nick!!!

The replacement for a leaky & non-functional clamp valve was done with care for the ease of access to the new shut off valve and the work was very professional.

We needed to have our house repiped and they were able to get someone out fast. Plus, he took the time to explain everything to us and really helped us understand how this job was going to happen.

I needed to have a sprinkler system back-flow valve replaced. I was able to get a technician to the house the same day. John (technician) was very professional, and offered some helpful advice on several topics there were not directly related to the service call. The service work was done in a very timely manner. Devon was very helpful and was able to complete the job within the timeline given. Since we were dealing with a situation that prohibited the use of both our bathrooms on the main floor, we were concerned with the inconvenience - would this take more than one day, etc. There was also some speculation that walls would have to be torn into to a greater degree but we are grateful that our technician was able to accomplish the work and perform the repair with minimal invasive effort. We so appreciate that DONE has service personnel who know their job well and perform it at peak efficiency. Thank you very much!

Fantastic service. Mr. Begay was courteous, straightforward, friendly, competent and familiar with the specific equipment we have. He advised a different fix for the problem than I had envisioned, explaining why his method would avoid future problems. I agreed with him. He made a trip to the hardware store for CPVC parts he did not have in his otherwise well-stocked truck, returned and finished the job, after which he cleaned up perfectly.

Our service was a few weeks ago, but Thomas was on time and considerate of our carpet! After explaining the issue to him, he knew almost immediately what was wrong. He explained it all to me, and it made sense. He then sat down, wrote out an estimate and said that he could actually fix it that morning, as long as the faucet was the brand that he thought it was. If it turned out that the faucet was not the brand he thought it was, the estimate would be higher, and he would have to go get parts. He did make all of that perfectly clear, though.

Long story short, it was exactly what he thought and was in and out in less than two hours! This isn't the first time we've used Done, but as long as I receive great service like this, I will continue to call when needed. Thanks!

We had a situation with a new washing machine which required regulating
the water pressure. We had it scheduled through another company whom we had used. They failed to show and so at a late afternoon hour we contacted Done Plumbing. They promised to get someone out. While
we waited, they kept us posted.
Justin showed up and he was on top of things and very professional.
We have found a new preferred plumber!!
