This was my first time using Done Plumbing and Heating and I was impressed with the service, professionalism, and promptness. Our furnace stopped working over the weekend and I called first thing on Monday morning. I was given an afternoon time range for the technician to arrive, but they called back when an earlier option was available. Jamey arrived promptly, did a diagnosis on the furnace and reported that it needed cleaning and it was it good shape. I used a coupon and they waive the trip fee for AAA members, which is great.

We appreciate Done Plumbing. We've used them for years. They get the job done in a timely fashion. Their technicians know what they're doing. And a bonus for the hearing impaired (me), they speak English with no accent.

Jonathan came and replaced our outdoor hose bib, water was pouring out through the top. He replaced the faucet & welded a new shut off valve to the existing line in our crawl space. This company was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. They sent Jonathan the same day and he did a great job. I appreciated that he put on booties every single time he entered the home-it was nearly 2 hours in and out from the basement to the backyard & he never forgot one time! So polite and professional, he instilled confidence and I will definitely hire him again! The company called after he left to make sure I was completely satisfied, very nice customer service!

Aaron and Chad did a great job replacing the H20 heater, and explaining everything to us. They were on time, neat and tidy in my already messy bsmt. I will recommend DONE Plumbing & Heating.

We have had great experiences with Done Right both times we have used them and I recommend them absolutely. Our most recent tech was Gavin. He was knowledgable, friendly and had super helpful suggestions about all of our older-house plumbing issues. I will definitely use these guys again.

Done was very prompt and made quick arrangements to take care of our needs. We had recently installed new counter tops and sinks.
The drain locations on the new sinks were not at all conducive to me hooking the plumbing drain lines back up. Jeremy showed up late afternoon on Friday and indicated he didn't have the parts he needed on the truck and his shift was about over.

He requested to return on Monday and I agreed. I was a little shocked at the estimate, but I understand overheads nowadays. Jeremy returned on Monday as promised and made quick work of the issue. Thanks for the great work, Jeremy! Nothing personal but I hope I do not require services in the future... $460 is a chunk of change! I know I agreed to it, so no need to point that truth out to me! If I need services again, I will call Done!

Came home to sewage backing up in my basement. Needless to say, I was very upset. Called Done Plumbing. Mario was at my house in 30 minutes. I cannot say enough about how friendly, efficient, and professional his service was. Cleared my sewage line and saved me. This isn't the first time I have used Done Plumbing and they are simply the best. I love, love, love them!!!!

Done Plumbing & Heating was recommended to me by my boyfriend. I had a sewer backup because of blockage. I called Done. They had a plumber at my house within an hour. The plumber, Jake was great. Professional, courteous and thorough. He snaked the line and recommended I have a camera sent into the line to ensure the blockage was all clear as the water flow was not entirely back to normal. Based on his recommendation, Jason came out the next day and found a pretty bad blockage. He was able to clear the line, saving me time and ultimately money.

I have worked with other plumbing and heating companies who have wanted me to purchase service agreements, try to up sell me, etc. Done did nothing but come out and fix my problem with nothing but professionalism. Called Done for the 1st time to repair a dripping faucet on the washing machine. Response was the next day. Tech called prior to arrival, was knowledgeable & work was done quickly. Tech alerted me to another potential problem which I plan to fix shortly. Will call Done for that repair as well.

The technician was fast, friendly and great at what he does. Very knowledgeable.

My toilet was backing up and I called around the Thornton area for a reasonable plumber. It was after 5 so everyone wanted to charge me a $90.00 fee just for after hours(not including labor). I called Done and they immediately dispatched a plumber who was around the area. Evan showed up and was very professional and efficient and was out of there in 20-30 minutes. I asked for his card and I will definitely call Done for any future plumbing issues.

We were very happy with Jeremy, he told us the problem & then he fixed it. He was very courteous & neat, after he left no signs he was here very clean. We have been happy with Done for many years & will continue.

The technician, Chris, is a very professional and personable young man. He laid out my service options and did not try to "up-sell" me at all. We have used Done of years and are always pleased.

Thomas has been a great help with the plumbing projects that have around the house. After receiving other bids on this project, Done! came in at $600 less than the others. Thomas replaced the main shut off coming into my house along with the pressure regulator. The pipes were original work (1982), and needed to be relocated as well. Great job.

Chris did excellent work clearing my drain. He was professional and polite, and did a great job answering my questions. I wish that I knew to call Done sooner. I have been dealing with incompetent plumbers since I moved into this home. Call Done and don't ever call MacVik Plumbing and Heating.

I hate to have to call a plumber to clear a drain, and it always seem to happen late in the day on a weekend. But I also hate to guess who is going to come through my front door. I never know if the tech will be wet behind the ears or a rough character. Before I called Done, other companies could only give me a four hour window for the service call, and it was already 5 PM. Done gave me a two hour window, and about 5 minutes after I hung up, they called letting me know their tech could be there by 6 PM, and sent me a confirming email with the tech's personal information. He was 5 minutes early, and immediately I could tell that Evan had a very clean vibe. Well dressed and groomed, I breathed a sigh of relief. He knew exactly what he was doing and had the drain cleared and re-assembled in 20 minutes, all while we had a very intelligent conversation. The price was very fair, and I could hardly believe I was having this experience. I am also in the service industry, so I'm a tough customer, but I cannot find anything about my experience with Done that I can even nit-pick. Done's sticker is now on my disposal, so I won't have to call around next time. I can't recommend them more highly.

The technician came, diagnosed the problem and took steps to solve it quickly, I am thoroughly pleased with the outcome and the service.
