Where I lease my office space, I had an emergency water leak. I notified the building owner but had no response, so I had to have this fixed or risk losing several days of work time, employee wages, and customer service.
Wow- Unbelievable, but all of the local guys (Brighton, CO) who were recommended could not respond for a week to 10 days-
I found Done on the internet and they had Chad here within 2 hours. He assessed the situation, made the recommendations, and fixed the problem. I would highly recommend this company and Chad!

Not only would I use them again, I have their info and will let all I know who need a plumber and quick response for a reasonable price to use Done. It was DONE and didn't take days and days... Thank you for your commitment to customer service and getting the job at hand "done".

Main drain was clogged. It was done! in a jiffy...after a snowstorm.

We had our water heater go out suddenly and after looking at other plumbing companies I remembered that DONE had been great in the past with another issue. Their operator was very friendly, helpful and got Gavin out within an hour. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain things to me. He came back out the next day w/ Aaron and they installed a beautiful, shiny new water heater and some other related items. Their work was professional and high quality! I will only use THEM in the future. Great guys - great work!

I woke up to a leaking water heater and knew instantly that it would be an expensive fix. I called Done Plumbing and they had someone out within 45 minutes. What should have been a hard, upsetting process was very pleasant. I was so thankful for Aaron and Thomas: they not only got the project done before the end of the day, but were also extremely friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy and I never had a second thought that it was the wrong choice. That means so much to me, especially as a first time homeowner and having no real knowledge of how to tackle these problems when they arise. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in the future - I will certainly be calling again!

Technicians were not only nice but very thorough, knowledgeable and pretty quick in my opinion. Our furnace went out during a snowstorm and they had our new one in in one day. I also appreciated the fact that they let us borrow a space heater at no charge to us. Great company, honest and upfront about all charges. We will definitely call them with any future needs for our home!!!

So far, Jamey did everything he said he would. Had to have my furnace replaced, Erin and Quinn did a great job installing, cleaned up very well. Had issues trying to program the new thermostat, Jamey tried to do it but had no more luck than I did. He is sending someone out to replace it with one I can program. I have always been satisfied with the service and technicians at Done, which is why I am a life time member!

The work done was quite satisfactory. Technician was professional and certainly knew how to correct the issue at hand. This was the first time I utilized Done Plumbing and I will not hesitate to call them for another problem should it arise.

I called about 9:30 on a Monday morning after the New Years holiday and a technician was here within 2 hours. Austin was very cordial, efficient, worked cleanly and was very customer service focused. He did a great job. I would highly recommend Done Plumbing & Heating!! The price was very reasonable as well!!

I called Done Plumbing and Heating after water started hemorrhage out of the base of my toilet and coming up through my bath tub drain. Libby L. was very professional. After speaking to her, I promptly received an email acknowledging my phone call and conversation with her and confirming my 2 window appointment. For the first time ever in making an appointment with a plumbing company, a technician was sent out at the beginning of the 2 hour window and not at the end. I was called and told a technician (Evan Vickers) was on the way to my house. I received another email with a bit of Evan Vickers background, this way I knew I was inviting the right person into my house. Evan was fast, professional and very polite. He got the job done, no pun intended. Since I struggle with this drainage problem from time to time with tree roots clogging up my drain, he recommended Bio-Clean Treatment for the rest of the week and twice a month to help maintain a clear drainage system. I will recommend Done Plumbing & Heating to all my family and friends. When the time comes that I need to have my pipes cleaned out again I will ask for Evan Vickers. Thanks!

We called Done! as we were having granite countertops installed and I could not get the hot water on 3 out of my 4 sinks to shut off. Done! sent Thomas Meyer out within 1 hour. He assessed the situation after hearing and seeing my explanation and informed me of the solution as well as provided me with a quote before starting the work. He also informed me how I could save money now and in the future by becoming a member of their 1st Service Club. I actually had Thomas fix another issue that I was having not related to the faucets. He added that to the quote and even showed me how much I could save with the 1st Service Club. I saved the amount of the membership, the service fee, and then some more! I was very satisfied with his work and he finished everything before the installers came to install the countertops. I would recommend them and Thomas again.

Our technician from Done Plumbing and Heating, Nick L., came ahead of schedule, quickly assessed our problem of over pressure on our water due to a bad pressure reducing valve, explained everything including pricing, and accomplished the task quickly. Nick is a personable technician and I appreciated his expertise. Everything is back to normal, thanks Nick.

Our technician, Kevin Ryan did a great job. I was unable to be at home, due to the fact, I had to work. My son took off, so he could be at my house for the repair. It was a plumbing issue. I was told by my son, Kevin arrived early. He was attentive and persistent in doing a thorough job (great job!). He explained and answered all questions well. He represented the company in a professional manner.

Everything is working as It should now.

Greg was right on time as promised, had the right parts, and fixed our furnace. He stayed around for a while to make sure it was running properly, which we really appreciated. The value of this service was more than the parts and labor. It was in our confidence that the job was done right the first time.

The best experience comes from a technician who will discuss the options with your situation in mind. John did this exceptionally well. A baffling hot water heater problem, which I'm certain other companies would have gladly charged me for unnecessary parts and labor, proved to have a simple solution. I, gratefully, paid a reasonable diagnostic service fee and had my hot water restored, after a simple fix.
