The plumbing technician that came to my house was very professional. He explained everything to me up front about the garbage disposal replacement and gave me three options to choose from in 3 price ranges. I made my choice and he proceeded to do the job. He changed all the PVC pipes under the sink and snaked out the drain. all in all i will continue to use done plumbing for all my plumbing and HVAC needs.

I had to purchase a new sewer when I first moved into my house last year. I worked with a plumber from NJ named Keith who was remarkable, professional, and reasonably priced for the services. When my office toilet went out of commission, I received the same amazing service from a technician name Kevin Ryan. He worked against all odds (everything that could go wrong did!) to fix my issue. He was professional & kindhearted. All in all, I could not have asked for a better experience when it seemed like all of my problems were going down the tube!!!

They actually were very courteous and professional right from the start when I originally placed the order to when they came and took care of the problem. We received a call that they were able to come early which worked out great for us and when they came, they took care of the problem quickly and even gave us a discount. Will definitely call on them again for any other problems.

Jeremy was a great guy. He didn't have the part, but he went and got one. He installed it, cleaned up and told us what he did. We had hot water in two hours. Thanks for everything.

Done Plumbing & Heating was able to accommodate my needs quicker than any of the other guys I called. They were there the next morning on time and the job was done within an hour or so. Chris was knowledgeable and very helpful in explaining what he was doing. I will definitely use them for any of my future plumbing needs.

Justin showed up within the allotted time window for my appointment and was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to cap our kitchen gas pipe and get it out of the way so we could fit our new electric stove all the way against the wall. The only disappointing part was the price. I felt the charge could be a lot less for only a cap, a test and 20 mins worth of work. But, he did also help me put the stove back in place. I believe all plumbing companies are overpriced on certain small and fast services. It's great, though, to have it done professionally and have peace of mind knowing it was done correctly vs DIY uncertainty. Thanks, Done!
