We had the absolute BEST experience this past Friday with Done plumbing. Found them by doing a google search, which is always a little scary considering I didn't get a personal referral but boy did they prove my hesitancy to be for naught! They are fantastic. We had multiple issues and the plumber they sent, absolutely refused to throw in the towel until he hunted down the sources to our problems and had them all resolved. He worked way past what should have been his off the clock time, called me several times to discuss the latest and greatest and was courteous and helpful at every turn. I hope this company knows how lucky they are to have this plumber working for them because he was FANTASTIC!!

Steven, Done Plumbing & Heating, was extremely polite and informative about the work that needed to be done and provided a rational justification for doing the job correctly rather than proceed with a repair in the context of the previous workmanship that was less than acceptable by an unknown source.

We've called on Done twice in the last couple of months--once for a sewer backup and once for a busted disposal unit, and each time our technician was knowledgeable, personable, clean, quick, efficient, and effective. We expect to use Done for all future needs.

The company was very fairly priced for replacing our kitchen faucet set. As a result, we are switching from our previous provider to them for future needs and would definitely recommend them.
