Eric was very helpful with a kitchen drain problem. I know a lot of work will ultimately be required, but I only have the money for one small job at a time and don't want to use credit for it. When I do get things fixed I'll get it "Done" and I'll ask specifically for Eric!

Eric did the basic work to fix things for now, warned me about the potential problems in the future and gave me suggestions for the work that will be necessary. He also was pleasant and personable and didn't talk down to me, even though I wasn't knowledgeable about the intricacies of drains. I certainly appreciated his work.

I'd be remiss if I didn't mention the fact that the person who took my phone call at the beginning, the person who called me to let me know Eric was on the way, and the person who followed up with a call to make sure things were done to my satisfaction, all were very pleasant and represented Done Plumbing and Heating very well. Technician was 10 minutes early to our appointment on a Sunday morning. We made our appointment then because my business is closed on Sunday. He explained the job and cost. He was very professional and kind. I feel Done Plumbing is very trustworthy. That is VERY important to me because I lost my husband to cancer a year ago. Ivan provided excellent service in installation of a new garbage disposer that I had purchased. He removed the old unit and the box and packing for the new. He wore booties over his shoes to protect the floors in our house. He also cleaned up very well before leaving. Thanks for having such competent and professional people on your service staff.

Outstanding in all respects. I called at 9:45a hoping for an appointment within the next few days. Happily, they asked if I was available between 11-12 that morning. I required a plumber and HVAC. Both individuals called prior to their arrival to alert me of their expected arrival time, and both arrived right on time, at 11a. Both were professional, quick, and efficient. They clearly explained to me their tasks and the costs. All requests were completed quickly and within the costs quoted to me. I am always satisfied with Done's service and Techs. They are always courteous and explain what they are doing. I like that they make helpful recommendations taking care of my furnace and plumbing. They tell you the expected price and in the past have helped me in getting financing for a serious plumbing problem. I always have a great experience with Done Plumbing & Heating. I have older pipes in my rental property that are prone to clogging more often and every time that I've had them come out they are incredibly helpful and want to make sure that I know exactly what's going on. It's is very easy and decently priced for the work that they do.

Jason was such a great guy. we were so stressed after being without water for 24 hrs. we had another company out before you and the guy came in and said there was nothing he could do and he left. I was so relieved when Jason was confident he could get us going again. And that is what he did! we got water and had no break within the hour he was with us. When I called to make an appointment the lady on the phone was very nice and understanding. I think she made the quickest apt she could which was noon the next day. Our technician (Darrell) was knowledgeable and professional. He found the problem and resolved it quickly. Would definitely use this company again.

Extremely professional tech (Aaron) dealt with a relatively complex plumbing issue the same day I reached out to them. Very reasonable rates and our bathroom was left exactly as it was before they arrived (minus the plumbing issue, of course). I highly recommend this company to anybody looking for a fast and professional plumber.

Done Plumbing is an exceptional company. I had just moved into my new home and within 2 days the water heater stopped working. Done sent John out immediately and he did an outstanding job. He tried to save the water heater, but it was just way past it's life span. So instead of having to make another appointment, he installed a new one right away. He was fast, efficient and cleaned up everything before he left. He also helped me to get the best price available. Most other companies push you to over-buy, but John was so knowledgeable and recommended exactly what we needed. I would definitely recommend Done Plumbing to anyone.

The service was grand and the work was well done and done efficiently and without a big fuss. This is the second time we have hired DONE to replace our units (heating, air conditioner, and not he water heater). Our technician was Bryan and he was excellent. The technician (Gavin) was prompt, extremely knowledgeable and thorough. He made me feel as if he was more concerned with finding the problem than with completing expensive repairs to make money. He was also extremely friendly and did a great job with the repairs and clean-up. I will absolutely use Done again in the future.
