I've called these Done Plumbing twice, always showed up as promised, handled everything as professionals.

We were so pleased with the service Ian gave us. It took a while to find where our electrical problem was, he never gave up and was always very pleasant.

The three techs Paul, Eli and James were exceptional. All were very professional and really knew their jobs. It was a very pleasurable experience.

Paul was the man that came by to replace my ceiling fan/light. Paul was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to talk and do the job at the same time, after he was finished the job. Paul mentioned that the panel was out of date, and the company that made it, is out of business. He said that not now, but in the near future I should get an updated panel.
Note: I made an appointment in the near near future. I could keep going but, I think you should try it yourself. Look up DONE Plumbing, Heating etc..

Daniel Hopkins replaced a garbage disposal and redid some plumbing and it looks great from what it was before he got to my home. I highly recommend Done Plumbing. Great service and left my kitchen spotless after he was done A++ Service

Josh came to service my HVAC this morning and was very friendly and professional. I am a new home owner so I asked lots of questions about what I can do on my own to properly take care of my system. He answered all my questions and walked me through what to check to ensure my HVAC lasts throughout the years. I have used Done a few times now and each time the technicians were quick and very informative. I would recommend Done to anyone, and Josh was a pleasure to work with.

Joshua Lawton came by the house and gave a very thorough assessment for our HVAC issues. Great communicator and very knowledgable for how the ac coil works in tandem with the house furnace and condenser. We are working through next steps to resolve our AC issues but the transparency and professionalism is excellent. Highly recommend for diagnosing HVAC problems and planning next steps quickly.

Javier was so courteous and informative. He took the time to explain what he looks for prior to starting his work and had no problem with me looking over his shoulder & explaining his steps. I learned a lot from him. I’ll ask for Javier personally next time I have Done help me with an electrical problem.

We had a water back up in the basement on Saturday and looked for a company that works on Saturday and clears drains at a reasonable cost.
Found Done Plumbing on the internet and called them and they scheduled us for later that morning or early afternoon.
Evan came to our house and after checking all the possible sources of the back up thought it could be caused by the washing machine which I had run earlier that morning. He did further checking and was convinced that the main drain or the kitchen drain didn't cause the back up and that likely something the washing machine disgorged caused the problem.
He then gave us good information about how to maintain the drains. Guess what ? - No charge - who does that ?
If I could Evan and Done Plumbing more than 5 stars I would.
