When I phoned, I said I wasn’t sure if I needed plumbing or appliance repair but thought the clog was in the clean-out drain for my washer and dryer. The two gentlemen who arrived promptly were delightful beyond just being professional. They checked it out thoroughly and determined the plumbing was not the cause so not only did they not charge me, they told me they would contact their appliance repair team and explain the trouble. I made the wrong call thinking it was the drain pipe, but Done! made it the right call anyway. No loss, and I can look forward to getting it put right with just the one call, despite my inability to diagnose the problem myself. Done! has my back.

In most cases they have everything they need with them on their truck. They are available 24/7 and come out on the weekends as well. They provide a picture and information on the technician they are sending to your home who will show up in the window of time provided as well as texting you when they leave so you know when to expect them. Very professional and go over all the work they did with you and take pictures of what they’ve done as well.

I would love to highlight my positive experience I had with one of your technicians, Tony. He came out due to a plumbing issue that happened last night and we were hoping to get help fast! He arrived when he said he would , was quick to answer any immediate questions, survey the issue, and get to work. He was courteous throughout the entire visit, talked me through what he was doing, and helped me understand the full problem at hand. After he was done, he ensured the area he worked at was clean, tidy, and as it was when he arrived. He offered additional services with no added pressure but explained why they would be beneficial. We declined but not for reasons his doing. Overall, a very positive experience, and I imagine everyone on the Done team to be of the same caliber of technician as Tony was.
