We had our main drain replaced in July 2025 in October 2025 it caved in due to the sprinkler system pulled apart done plumbing came out and took care of everything ASAP very decent and professional. .They even paid our water bill for that month . The plumbing technician, Elmir Dudo, was very knowledgable when it came to installing the new water heater as the old water heater posed some challenges of its installation. I highly recommend this company.

My toilet was leaking at the base and Josh Tweed explained all options well. My toilet was over 20 years old and he didn’t want to see me putting any money into repairing it. I agreed and decided to have a new one installed. Josh did everything he could to keep the cost down plus did some extras for me. I will call definitely call Josh at Done Plumbing again.

Done is my go to plumbing company. Initially they said the company was short staffed today but then Josh was dispatched to my home. He was so polite and knowledgeable and gave me advice on a toilet as well as unclogging my kitchen sink. This company ALWAYS comes through for me.

No problems with Done Plumbing. Andrew came to see me and answered all my questions. Very professional and efficient keeping me up to date on his arrival.

Had an issue with my daughter's plug in hybrid popping breakers. Javier spent some time troubleshooting and gave me a few options. He completed the work that I agreed to in a timely fashion.

Darrell did a masterful job of installing water heater in basement. My biggest concern was damage to doors, and walls getting old unit out and new unit downstairs.

Love using this company. They are sometimes a bit pricey but their customer service and expertise is often worth it. Even if I’m unable to afford it they have given me tips and advice of things I could do to and solve the problems. This is my third time calling them (for separate issues) and each time just solidifies me as a loyal customer to get their opinion first.
