We used Done Plumbing again last week, 12/25. Terry and Dylan did such an excellent job and were so professional, thorough and caring. Very clean, too! This is an extension of my review left 6 years ago.

This is the 2nd time Done Plumbing came out to assist me. My toilet was clogging up a lot, the technician came out and explained the problem with my double flap toilet, and gave me an enzyme product to help keep pipes clean. He didn't make up a problem to charge more, he took one look and recognized the problem.
I will always use Done Plumbing with any issues I have and tell all my friends to use you too!

Only company that would come out today for a clogged toilet. Took some work, but they got it Done! Great guys and reasonably priced for a Saturday.

The response to our urgent need for a plumber was answered very quickly.

Done was offering a free electrical inspection for the home and Javier came out for the inspection. Javier was great and offered great advice on a variety of electrical questions. I've used Done in the past for other repairs in the home and they always have very professional and courteous team members sent out, Javier being another geat example.

Terry came out and repaired the bathtub faucet. He was professional and knowledgeable and knew exactly what the problem was. He repaired the faucet in no time. I greatly appreciate his help.

Jon was great. Besides inspecting the furnace, he helped me with my request about the fan on it, and also showed me something with the thermostat that I bought from you in May.

On December 2 Tony and Carlos and his crew replaced our entire interior sewer line in our basement. Big job with many challenges but they completed it in one day. Excellent, efficient work by these Done employees.

We highly recommend Done Plumbing for their customer service, the professional experience, and promptness. They answered our call late at night and deployed a technician the next morning. Tony P. was our tech, he was professional, explanatory, and courteous. He asked if he could wear his shoes in the house, brought in a package that was left on our stoop, and explained the root cause of our clogged kitchen sink. We will be using Done for future plumbing and other needs!

Elias Renuk was an amazing technician. He was very knowledgeable, kind, helpful and overall a great person. We would highly recommend his services for anyone seeking some HVAC expertise.

Done is always super quick to send someone out to help me with the problem at hand. Cason was here within an hour or two of the call. She was very professional and took the time to answer all of my questions. She even pointed out several things for me to be aware of/make sure I check regularly to avoid disaster. We have used Done several times so far and will continue to do so, I would highly recommend both Done and Cason. We’ve also really loved working with Dylan, DJ and Aaron (heating).

New Review 12/12/25: Done offers a free electrical inspection for their members and sent Javier out to my house. He was amazing - he encouraged me to follow him around my home during his entire visit so he could teach me about my home, give advice, answer questions, and suggest best practices. It was determined that my 33 year old electrical panel was on its way out and needed replacement. While it wasn't cheap, I felt confident after spending 2 hours with Javier that he knew what he was talking about and that he would take great care in replacing everything correctly and with great attention to detail. Javier is warm, respectful, knowledgable, and makes you feel like family - I will request him for anything electrical in my home from now on and would recommend him to anyone.

Ashton was very professional and fixed our problem with the drain in the shower from the mainline.

Done provided excellent service today, Etienne and Christian explained what they were doing every step of the way. I would highly recommend Done for all your plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical needs

Roscoe has managed and stayed current on a Master Bath insurance leak since June 2022. He finished up to day by having to reset toilet and install faucet. He has been professional and thorough. I would use him again any time!

I can not say enough positive things about the interaction I had with Dylan. We had multiple complicated plumbing issues arise this week. Dylan's work and communication were both excellent. Our technician was Josh Tweed. Polite, professional, and personable. Very knowledgeable. Explained everything very well. Told us our options, but also told us what we actually needed and didn’t try upsell. Did the work quickly and efficiently. A 5-star technician!

I had 2 projects that I needed to get done. The first was bringing my electrical box up to code. The 2 electricians that completed the rebuild were very professional and very thorough on explaining what they had to do. When the inspector came to inspect the work that they done opened the box and said to me “Wow whoever did this did an outstanding job and you will have no worries. He also added I have not seen one done this well in awhile.” Just had my other project done and again was done professionally and in a timely manner. I would recommend Done for anything you have to have done. They are Truly Outstanding in the work they do!!

The tech, Robbie, was very professional and thorough. He was great. Very happy with the service, as usual!

Terry Ryan is great. He had to fix a line for our gas fireplace and put a lot of thought into how he could fix it without having to cut our drywall and closet door frame saving us a considerable amount of money, another repair job and the headache that accompanies such things. Efficient, articulate, and clear in purpose, I highly recommend Terry.

I had a shower leak, Josh with Done came out, we thought is was fixed. He had to come back out due to the issue being worse and tried again but the issue was actually worse compared to the pervious day. Nothing at all against Josh, I would welcome him back again I just think minimal experience with older facets caused missing something. Then Terry Ryan came out and instead of tearing into my walls as Josh recommend he took everything apart and looked it over himself. He believed he found the issue in a seating nut and changed that out first, put everything together and my shower works great. With no tearing into the wall. Thank you Terry for taking the time to look everything over and having the experience and seeing a possible issue.
I also had my main water shut off valve replaced, which Josh did a great job with.
I am not happy with Done dispatchers and ran into issues with them but the plumbers were great.
