Update: We had Daniel Hopkins out to help do a water heater flush. He not only did that, but he also took the time to do things right and educate us on products we can invest in to make our plumbing last and perform much better. He is an A1 technician/scientist and I'm so glad that he was sent out to help us today. His knowledge is impressive and he explained things to us in a respectful way where our plumbing ignorance didn't keep us from learning great things from him.

Anthony did an exceptional job when called out for a large re-piping project. He was detailed, neat, careful of our belongings, and explained the work he did, the why he did it, and made sure we were satisfied. Instead of installing a new kitchen faucet for us and charging us, he was able to repair our existing faucet with a little extra work on his end but it looks, and works, excellent. Highly recommend!

Honestly, I rarely give reviews but I have to in the case. It is so rare to deal any type of company as professional and punctual as Done. I had plumbing issue but was treated like gold. Kudos to you guys

Clogged drains, don’t hesitate in calling Done. I had to wait two days for an appointment, but it was worth it.
Nikko arrived by the scheduled time, they even sent a link to track his progress to the house.
We discussed the situation, and he gave me an estimate, and the work began.
I highly recommend looking for their coupons on the website, I had two drains snaked for $83 each. So much better than the $250 to $400 that I was quoted from other plumbers.
I only have experience with the clogged drain, but I wouldn’t hesitate in calling them again for any other plumbing or electrical issues I might have.

I called 3 other plumbing companies and done was the last business I called and they were in my residence in 40 minutes.
I called roto rooter and no luck and no ETA, they are at the top of the algorithm but to everyone who needs immediate plumbing attention I would definitely call done plumbing first. Etienne the tech was great and got our issue taken care of. Timing is so crucial and done plumbing knows how to keep clients happy. Keep this up! You guys will be my go to moving forward if needed.

We had a bathtub leak on the first floor to the wall in the basement bathroom. Lucky us, we got Master Plumber Anthony Zarate. He quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced a bathtub part that was broken/corroded, and he replaced a broken/corroded copper pipe. Anthony explained everything he was going to do and walked as through the finished work. He was professional and friendly. Because of his suggestion to sign up for a one year membership, I got 15% off this service and any other future services. Also, he gave me an additional 10% senior discount. I saved almost $300 thanks to him. Anthony definitely provided 5 star service.
