Done has completed multiple jobs for us including minor and major plumbing and electrical work. In every instance the folks that work for Done have been on time, professional, communicated clearly, and done excellent work. For example, Javier from Done recently upgraded the outlets and switches in our older, aluminum wired home while also splitting a circuit and the experience could not have been better - competitive price, work timeline was well communicated, and the job was done correctly and in a timely fashion.

Excellent service, and Dylan the technician was so knowledgeable and friendly. He did a wonderful job, and left the area spotless.

Dylan came out pretty quickly and was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was very helpful and full of good information about possible water damage remediation.

This company & it's techs are always very helpful and professional. My technician today, Eric R., was especially great. He did a very thorough inspection & found a small gas leak from a faulty part that others had missed previously. There was no typical rotten egg smell so I wasn't considering a gas leak at all, but I'm very appreciative that he took the time to hunt down the problem & make it safe.

Done came out over today, Saturday. The tech Etienne Lee quickly identified the issue and what needed to be done. Being a condo unit he had to access the unit next door to ensure a probe fix. He ensure water was moving again and each unit was put back just as he found them…probably even better. As for the scheduling staff. They quickly made the appointment and kept me up to date as to Etienne’s arrival!

Absolutely fantastic. All the technicians at the company have been lovely to work with. So punctual and respectful and always willing to help make sure I understand the root cause of issues. They've also regularly helped me with little extra issues that have been bugging me around the house. Mark McNally ended up fixing some hard to diagnose wiring issue that was causing my AC to fail randomly and it's truly saved me so much concern for me and my cat's health and wellbeing as the months get hotter. Could not recommend them more highly. Thank you!

Fast efficient and polite. Dylan did an excellent job on my emergency call. I switched from a local competitor to try Done! and I am glad I did.

All of their associates were so professional and kind. We had a plumbing issue that required immediate attention. They came and spent a great amount of time assessing the issues and damages and took the time to explain in detail. Again, they were beyond professional and quick when it came to setting a temporary fix and were beyond efficient when repairs were done a few days later. We definitely would use them again in the future and highly recommend them!
