Great communication about my appointment. Tech Eric was great! Actually arrived early (but I got a call first). Very thorough and explained everything he was doing. Made recommendations for future maintenance but didn't push anything.

3 companies came out to fix stopped up kitchen sink. Only one succeeded very quickly at far less than what I paid the other two. I now look no further and HIGHLY recommend Done.

Have used this company for many projects and a few emergencies over many years. It never fails to deliver excellent service. Prices may not be lowest available but quality of work, materials and the people are superior. They have many long term employees who speak highly of the company. One giant plus is their rapid and efficient phone and dispatch service. Uniformly friendly and smart.

I just had a top-notch experience with Anthony Zarate. I had requested Done! come out to take a look at my hot water heater and provide an estimate for replacement. Anthony was very knowledgeable and provided me three options for replacing the hot water heater. He also wore foot booties when walking on my brand new carpet. So polite and considerate. In addition, he waived the trip charge! Done! definitely has my business.

Contrast this with the experience I had with a different pluming company yesterday; the gentleman did not wear booties, left a mess all over my floor, and gave me one very expensive option for replacing the hot water heater, along with charging me for a very minimal inspection.

wasn’t really explained on how the appointment would work, I’m not sure if I didn’t see a what to expect on the website….. for a single lady, it would have been nice.
But the electrician Caedon D. was very nice, even went above and beyond with helping me out.

We had our AC system maintenanced and it was a positive experience. The tech was knowledgeable, honest, and personable. I will likely have the same company tune up my heating system when fall arrives.

After showing Daniel the ceiling leak spot. We checked the bathroom. The cause was worn water on/ off values. Daniel was very knowledgeable and professional about his job. Also, assuring that there was no other leakage anywhere else. Well done, Daniel!

We had a great experience getting our water heater and furnace looked at on the same day. Sean S. came early in the day to let us know more about how our furnace was doing and DJ gave us quick quotes about options for our water heater. It was extremely convenient getting multiple service visits all before lunchtime! Be sure to use these guys.

Update: Time for a new water heater came and Clyde hooked it all up the next day before lunch! He was very friendly and helpful and did a great job, the plumbing looks beautiful and he truly cares about doing a superior job. We will work with Done! again after such great experiences.

I had a great experience with Javier, who recently fixed my bathroom fan, outlet, and light switch. He was punctual, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. He diagnosed the issues quickly and made clean, efficient repairs, all while taking the time to explain everything in terms I could understand. Everything is now working perfectly, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service. I highly recommend Javier with Itsdone Electric for any electrical work.

Contacted me about arrival and gave me time to get home for repairs. Having a 4 hour arrival widow but not having to sit and wait unknowingly is great customer service. The tech was very professional and polite.

Our first experience with Done plumbing was great! Our plumbing technician, Anthony Zarate, was amazing. He went above and beyond finding and fixing other little things around the house in addition to what our main concern was. We will absolutely be using Done again when we need it.

We are so pleased and grateful to have come across Done. The sheathing covering the wiring going into our electrical box had pulled away exposing live wires. We called Done and electricians Jeff and James came out to give us an estimate. This repair is not inexpensive, and Jeff went over all the details of the project, the upgrade to our panel the grounding that would bring our electrical system up to code and the approvals that would be required from the county. We scheduled the work and Jeff and James came back and completed everything in one day. We couldn't be happier. In addition to the professionalism of the two guys they were also very personable and fun. Perhaps personable and fun are not necessarily requirements to getting the work done, those attributes go a long way in making you feel they genuinely care. I would highly recommend Done and we will continue to use them for our electrical and plumbing needs in the future.

Done plumbing were the only ones that would come out that night after the expansion tank on our water heater cracked. Daniel Hopkins responded within an hour and a half after I made the initial call. Daniel was prompt,professional and took care of our problem quickly.

Anthony was very knowledgeable and did a fantastic job replacing the pipe that connects to our kitchen drain! Very happy with the outcome!
