I've had a couple of emergency calls that have been completed by Done and they're excellent. I highly recommend Elmer and Anthony if you want someone to SHOW you what's going on and why it's a problem.

Elmir was excellent and did a great job. I liked that I was given options to solve my plumbing issue and in no way pressured to pick the expensive option.

Terry Ryan, Done's master plumber, did an excellent job tearing out our old boiler and water heater and installing new units. He worked tirelessly to restore our heat and hot water (while the rest of the crew repaired our broker sewer line). Terry was always pleasant and professional, and willingly took time to explain what he was doing and how things worked. He cleaned up carefully and checked in the next day to see if things functioned properly. We had a glitch, and Terry promptly returned to fix the issue. Highly recommend him!

Daniel Hopkins came out and helped with a leaking pipe. He was friendly and helpful and it looked SO much better than I thought would be possible. Absolutely thrilled with the work! Thank you so much!

While no one wants to have to call a plumber, if you do, make it Done Plumbing. Darrell was polite, friendly, and went above and beyond to locate and fix the issue. The price was reasonable and the overall work was exceptional.

I called Done after they were recommended by my brother who has used them for many years. I had a toilet that kept running. Another plumber had worked on it said it might be fixed after he finished or I might need a new toilet. It kept running. I called Done to get a second opinion before buying a new toilet.
It was easy to get an appointment time and communication was excellent. Dom was able to find the problem and fix the toilet very quickly. He explained everything and even showed me what was wrong. I’ll never use another plumbing company!

Daniel Hopkins was fantastic to help us navigate access to a plumbing issue. What should have been an easy fix was complicated by our home design and he gave all his time, effort and knowledge to help get the job Done!

Evan T. Was great to work with! He showed up on time and was sent away due to a miscommunication and came back same day. He spent a while figuring out what was going on and explained everything being very straightforward and gave recommendations on how to move forward. He was very polite, knowledgeable and respectful.

Tony, Ernie and Dillan all did a great job completing a major plumbing issue at our home.
Tony was very helpful in explaining the problem, and what work would need to be done to correct it. At no time, did we feel that we were being rushed into a decision. After the completion of the job, Tony cheerfully remained to give us additional assistance, leaving us with the feeling that we had a “friend”, not just a plumber.
Ernie and Dillan worked extremely hard on a difficult job. We were very impressed with their work ethic. They did a great job. They were always polite and pleasant when it was necessary for them to interact with us about their work.
