Outstanding electrical team, I can't recommend them highly enough! They did a great job, were very affordable, and made the whole process easy to understand. Absolutely my go to for any electric work.

The sales rep as well as the installation crew were all timely, hard working, knowledgeable and friendly. I couldn’t ask for a better experience or results.

Great experience with Done. Prompt response. Had another company come out for the same furnace problem and they recommended an expensive cleaning. Sean actually took the time to perform a diagnostic testing and figured out that our blower was not set to high altitude and gas delivery was too high. Quick fix and we have had no issues since.

They've been out twice to fix leaks (different locations)from freeze. Personable and professional. They know what they're doing and I wouldn't use any other company at this point. Shadine

Had Terry out to fix my frozen pipes. He communicated well what he discovered and fixed it the best at the time. 24 hours later, I have water back. Thank you!

Had leaking prv from main water line. Response was swift with excellent service. Turned out the pipe from the prv that was replaced in 2023 had a pinhole leak. Quick response to replace the pipe.

Jay was really knowledgeable and through in performing diagnostics and maintenance on our heater. Done was able to respond quickly when our heater malfunctioned during -9 outside temps. I was really happy with their service!

The technician was extremely helpful and clearly understood and identified the problem and had it fixed in 15 mins after our heat went out during -1° weather. He was right on time as well, I called at 3am and had a technician there Monday morning.
The best part was the price, I thought for sure it was going to be a couple hundred dollars and that wasn't the case, instead we paid $120. I would recommend not only this company but the gentleman that came to the house

It was the first cold night, and just got home to find my furnace would not stay lit. Call It's Done!
Plumping, Heating. Jay came out that night ti help out. Very friendly and fast at getting the problem resolved. Even took the time to teach me about my furnace. I'm very greatful for Jay and all the staff that got me service that night, when my other company could not get out that night. Will definitely use them again when I have a problem.

We called Done Plumbing at 7pm on a Sunday when our pipes burst and they sent someone immediately the next morning. Our person Anthony was incredible and knowledgeable. He checked our pipes, found the leak, replaced the pipe and double checked his work. He hung back for a moment to listen for any running water after we turned our valves back on. He found another leak and he stayed and fixed it in our garage and gave us a ton of advice and resources on next moves for the water damage that was done. 10/10 service. Would call again.
