I interacted with their plumbing, HVAC and electrical techs - Terry, Ryan, and Paul - all of whom were amazingly helpful. They took the time to understand my situation and recommend solutions that fit me. I never felt pressured into their services or into the more expensive thing I didn’t want. I received their proposals instantly, with clear options for the upgrades and financing. Their prices came in comparable for some major system upgrades, but after seeing the expertise of the team, it seems worth the little extra for peace of mind.

Great service, no pressure, and most importantly great work and great speed.

I plan on getting additional services in the near future.

Technician Mark McNally came to the rescue when our heat went out this week. He quickly fixed the problem and was great at explaining what needed to be done. He was very professional, engaging and explained our options. He was clearly very competent. One of the best service technicians I have encountered. If we need assistance in the future, we hope Mark is the one who responds.

Water leaking through the ceiling in lower level of condo. Called Done Plumbing (after rejecting previous plumbers outrageous bid) and they had Anthony onsite within 2 hours in the early evening.

It was determined that the water in the mainline had to be shutoff in the entire building, which meant scheduling with the HOA and city water.

Anthony made arrangements to meet the schedule and the repair was completed within an hour. Great job!

Great experience! Our water main burst during the winter and they were able to come out within an hour of me calling them. I would say they were really greatly priced. The plumber who fixed the issue taught me a lot of stuff and was really helpful and kind. I am not native to Colorado and had no idea about what I needed to do during the winter to prevent this from happening and this person went above and beyond to help me and inform me. 10000000% recommend this company. I will be using them whenever I have any issues with plumbing. Thank you so much for your swift help.

Called Done! for just a general heating tune-up and Jay was a pleasure to work with. He came and took care of it, showed me how a few things worked, and gave me a great price. He didn't try to exaggerate any issues or pressure me to add on services I didn't need, which happens almost any time I have anything serviced. I've worked with Done! a couple times in the past and have always had a great experience with their technicians. They're polite and eager to help, often going above and beyond.

They came out in less than hour to help us. The person who helped us was very knowledgeable and professional. Fixed our problem in less than 30 minutes. I highly recommend them

From when I called in, I was treated Amazing by the agent answering the phone. The communication letting me know the tech was on his way and keeping me updated on my call was very smooth.Josh was amazing! I called Done Plumbing after a referral from my property management office. Terry got out here very quickly, and was quite knowledgeable. I had contacted them because of a leak in my ceiling (I'm n a condo with someone above me). H was excellent at figuring out the problem due to his many years of experience in plumbing. After he discovered that the problem would have to be resolved by the other condo's owner, I asked f he could install my new kitchen sink faucet. He was able to install it right then, without having to pull the sink. (Two other guys had looked at it previously, were not able to do the istallation, and predicted the sink would have to be pulled.) Terry was able to install the faucet without pulling the sink. it was expensive, but much less so that the quote I was given by my HVAC maintenance company.

I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Done. I made an appointment online in the middle of the night for the next afternoon. I got a call in the morning that a technician was available early and able to help. I received text and email confirmations and a photo of my technician. Daniel showed up and was wonderful. He was professional, very helpful, provided detailed responses to my questions and provided some great education and guidance. If this experience with their plumbing service is any example, I am thrilled to now have a resource for heating, cooling and electric as well!
