Jay was incredible! He came same day! Price was as quoted over the phone! He was super thorough, knowledgeable and very friendly to our 4 legged furry friend Baylee who also wanted to observe!

We came home to a freezing cold house after being out of town for the week. Very scary and not what we were expecting to walk in to! We called several HVAC service companies (seriously, 6 different companies) and all of them gave us the same run-around answer of “so sorry to hear that! well it’s the weekend so it’s going to be far more expensive.” We even found one company who came over (for a $100 diagnostic fee) and said we had to pay an additional $150 just to check IF the warehouse even had the part in stock. “It’s a gamble, you pay the $150 whether they have it or not. I know, it’s stupid” estimate for job was $3500-$4000.

Enter Jay from DONE. Before Jay even came to my home, he worked with the other employee Braden to confirm the warehouse had the right part (carrier furnace blower motor) in stock. We still had to pay for the warehouse to open up as it was a Saturday, but it was clearly the easiest, quickest and most logical way to source the part. Not sure why other companies don’t do it that way?

10/10 recommend this company. Jay was polite, worked quickly, explained everything clearly, and did not try to squeeze money out of us. Got the issue fixed in about an hour and now we are enjoying the benefits of a toasty warm family room.

Our technician Josh Tweed was phenomenal. The entire process was so simple, efficient and stress-free for such an incredibly stressful situation.
My father had a main drain issue that was causing all of the water that was ran through his home to back up into the laundry room. Josh was able to clear out all of the roots that were not allowing the drain to clear, educate us on how to help avoid this issue, when to call for help again and what we can do to prolong the life of the pipes.
The price for everything was completely reasonable and far below what we thought it would cost.

Techs were so nice, polite, and helpful. Provided good info. Gave us next steps if we want to proceed with some suggested services.

Excellent same day service, gave me the service I requested and presented options for further fixes if I wanted to pursue them. Applying the coupon from their website let them fix everything for under 100$ too!

The plumber was able to figure out where the leak was coming from and he fixed it. We received alerts from our water company but were unable to find it.

Josh was great! Done was able to send out Josh the same day we called! Josh was very friendly, professional and thorough when checkin out a plumbing issue we had. They will be our first call when we have plumbing issues!

Really good service! Our technician Chad was great! He was prompt professional and courteous, and kept us informed of the progress on the job. We had a leaking shutoff valve on the bathroom sink which needed replacing, and we also wanted to replace both the sink and faucet as well. He was happy to help us with that, and though installation of the sink ended up being more challenging than he anticipated (due to the old plumbing), no salty language was heard, and the new sink looks great! =)

Neil was an absolute professional during his visit today. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient with my water heater install.

They are very helpful and understanding at a time you’re at your worst. The plumber and assistant are the best. They explain everything and are the kindest workers I have dealt with. They try to get you service as soon as possible. I have used Done Plumbing several times and have been satisfied every time. They're a company you can count on.

Updating this to say that we have continued to work with DONE after my initial review for electrical and humidifier install and also really appreciated the work of Mark M (HVAC) And Javier (electrical). Having folks in your house that you trust and are knowledgeable is a big plus!

We had a sewage line break and I can't thank Laz (and the rest of the folks that came out) enough. We had to dig into the foundation and Laz went above and beyond to help us keep from having to remove our stairs. He was very professional but also down to earth and easy to talk to. There is nothing fun about having your sewage line broken, but the one bright side is that we found a new plumbing company to work with from here on out.

Chris was incredibly kind and helpful, promptly fixing the frustrating tube leak. His quick action and professionalism made all the difference in resolving the issue.

Jay was great. Early, professional, knowledgable, friendly, a pleasure to work with. I’m not happy that I had an HVAC problem, but I’m glad Done assigned Jay to my issue.
