Done Plumbing and Heating called me to schedule a furnace maintenance visit to my surprise as they have never done that before. Elias arrived right on time to perform the furnace maintenance on my heating system. He was extremely pleasant to deal with and went right to work taking apart the furnace to clean sensors, motors and check firing. Elias was here approx. 1 hour and gave me a complete run thru of everything he did and things that he found. All in all an excellent experience with Elias along with all Done service folks and account folks I have ever dealt with. Am very happy they are contacting me for required maintenance instead of waiting for me to call them. I wouldn't use any other organization for HVAC and plumbing work.

We called hoping to get someone out to hook up our new refrigerator. We tried it ourselves and just made a mess! Done Plumbing really worked with us and found a tech to come out in about 2 hours. The refrigerator was hooked up and working GREAT. Thank you!
