Done plumbing mixed up my appointment but made it right later in the day. Lazaro was super professional and very straightforward. He scoped my sewer line for free, performed a cleaning then scoped it again to make sure there wasn't a blockage. No pressure sales when he made an estimate to replace my sewer line. No extra charges for the second scope. Thanks Done plumbing!

I would like to provide a compliment to the professionalism and competence of Luis Jones who inspected and replaced our leaking water heater. We called Done late on a Tuesday afternoon, Luis showed up at 8:00 PM, identified the problem and installed the new unit the next day, updating the unit to meet the revised requirements for water heaters in our area. Additionally he noticed and repaired a leaky toilet while he was here. I will be definitely use Done Plumbing for all of my plumbing requirements in the future.

Neil was very personal, professional, efficient, and helpful. He suggested two options and did not try to get us to spend more money than necessary. I loved that he wore booties on his shoes in the house. He cleaned up after himself! I was very impressed.

I loved thos company everyone are so polite and professional and on time the person who came today Elias was very kind showed me everything I need to see about my heating system and even showed pictures of everything he done I would recommend this company and get the membership it's great to have

I had a plumber his name was Terry who came out to my home and installed a new Water Heater and a new Garbage Disposal and I must say he did a very professional job and is a highly qualified Plumber. Tony answered all my questions, showed me what he was doing as he worked, and did a great job! He is a master trouble shooter. I don't think anyone else would have figured out my brand new American standard champion toilet was missing a piece! Don't buy this toilet!

Daniel Hopkins came out to deal with a major issue the day before Thanksgiving. He went the extra mile and then some to get it fixed, working past 8 pm and doing whatever it took to get our house in order for the holiday. He got everything fixed in the end and truly made our Thanksgiving a whole lot better. Would highly recommend him and the folks at Done.

Dylan was great. He unplugged my toilet when I failed at all my options. He tested all the toilets and tested the toilet in question many times to make sure it was all cleared. He was friendly and respectful. He explained everything he did explained ,which I really appreciated. He cleaned up and gave me tips on how to correctly plug a toilet. Fantastic! Brian was the tech that came to look at our furnace. He was respectful and very thorough. He explained everything that he found about our furnace complete with wonderful documentation and pictures. A+ technician! We also met with Jack once of the advisors and he was very helpful and friendly in discussing our options. Kudos to both gentlemen that we dealt with today!
