I had an issue where calcium deposits were not allowing a toilet to flush in a rental unit. It was quite an ordeal where the tenant needed it completed quickly and Lois from Done Plumbing was one of the few that was willing to come out in a snow storm to fix. Lois was great to work with, extremely polite and knowledgeable. He replaced the toilet very quickly but took his time to make sure some of the issues he was seeing were fixed and completed with high standards. I highly recommend Lois and Done and would work with them again.

They showed up quick, professional, and even though it turned out i didnt acually need a plumber, they still treated me like a full on customer. For sure would call them again.

And then i did call them again. Had to get a toilet replaced. Clyde was super professional, didnt try to upsell me anything, and did a great job.

We just paid 6,000 for a water heater, was talked into some sort of membership to help get faster service. I scheduled a repair 1 week ago and found out late this afternoon that the technician can't come out today. Be careful.

Done did end up coming out to help and was in good communications during the process. This ended up being a positive experience.

Have to say, we LOVE Done Plumbing! Have been using them for years. Unfortunately, we had a hot water heater blow yesterday and they were out within an hour of calling them. As a mortgage professional, they are on my short list of providers who I refer out to my clients.

Our plumber was focused, attentive, and pleasant to work with. He pointed out some work that needed to be done that we hadn't known was a problem but it was a problem that could have turned into a serious water damage issue it wasn't repaired.

Bayle arrived at my house and was very confident that he could take care of our flooded basement. And he did! We had our main sewer line backing up and called LATE last night, we were not surprised that there was no one currently available and scheduled for the morning. We had Dylan Knutson show up and WHAT A PROFESSIONAL! He was SUPER conscientious about making sure he was clean and tidy. Unfortunately our issue was further out in the line than what his machine could reach, but before he left he had scheduled to be out tomorrow if needed. We ended up having a family friend that was available with a longer line, but we wanted to make sure to recognize both the company and Dylan for their exemplary service! We will definitely keep their information for any future issues! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Tech was extremely helpful. The gas line to our water heater was leaking gas. Tech added us to his schedule last minute to resolve it that night. Appreciated his work and Done getting a tech out as soon as possible.
