Done came out provide us a quote for a furnace replacement and possible AC addition. Jamey was very professional and knowledgeable of the industry, our old furnace and a suitable replacement based on his assessment of our need. We stayed with a Carrier since our old Carrier worked flawlessly for 18 years.

From the initial quote to the final install, the Done crew was fantastic. There were no high-pressure sales tactics, and they promptly returned calls to answer my questions. Once I made the decision to select Done, they had me scheduled within days. Jorge and his team were efficient and very considerate of my time and property. A new furnace and heat pump were installed in less than one day! Jorge took extra time double-checking his work and ensuring I could get my new smart thermostat set up and connected to my phone. Done plumbing helped us out when our sewer line backed up on a weekend. They were able to send someone out within an hour of my call and then two more technicians to scope the line. We ended up having to replace it due to root damage and the whole process was very smooth. Laz was especially amazing and saved us a major interior mess by digging out an interior portion in a very tight space under our stairs.
