When it comes to plumbing Tony was great! Very friendly and knowledgeable. Didn’t pressure you into spending more than necessary. He gave an honest assessment and educated me at the same time. 100% will be using their service’s again.

The tech definitely knew what he was doing. Advised me of an issue that he saw but could not fix. Explain how to fix it And if we still had any problems after fixing it he would come back then. I was very pleased with the whole experience.

Elmira Dudo was an absolutely amazing plumber and was honest and timely... I immediately felt comfortable with him coming into my home and fixing my sink because he greeted me with a smile and positive attitude and confirmed his appointment through his tablet... Neil replaced my water heater and did a phenomenal job. I replaced a traditional gas water heater with tankless, I got estimates from many companies. Neil was the most detail oriented in the estimate, inspecting the gas line, and verifying the venting paths. During the actual install he did a great job explaining everything. He also left the job area spotless. I would highly recommend Done and Neil!

Terry was incredible! He was very courteous, efficient, and friendly. He explained everything clearly and gave me different price options that I could afford and did a fantastic job! He was also training. Tony and is a very good preceptor. They were both very courteous and I appreciate having a functional kitchen sink again.

Tony Z came out after an emergency. He worked all day to get our plumbing pipes redone and put back together. With a baby, it’s hard to be without water for a long period of time, so we greatly appreciate the company’s quick response and Tony’s diligence! He was super friendly to everyone, walked us through what he had to do, and was very accommodating to the baby’s nap schedule. Thank you!

This review is specifically for Jay with the HVAC group. He was truly excellent and the sort of person you want when you hire a company like Done!. He was friendly, courteous, and extremely honest. He serviced my appliances, told me about a one-time service plan I could purchase which was the exact same price but got you a bit more for the money, and told me which parts of the HVAC system I could service myself for only a little work to save hundreds on future visits. I had one other interaction with Done! with their plumbing group and while the guy was professional he was no Jay so I am giving 5 stars specifically so it can reflect well on Jay!

I had a problem with Humidifier solenoid that would not shut off the water. Called Done plumbing and an appointment was made for the next day. They called me when the tech was on the way.
The tecnician was very professional and competent. He did not have the right part but tracked one and got it and fixed it. He also checked my furnace and found an issue with the motor which was clearly visible and it was also replaced. Gave me a complete rundown of the furnace functioning and advised me of potential maintenance in the future.

He was very friendly and quickly diagnosed my problem. It was a simple task to replace the toilet and he advised me - and explained how - to remove and install it myself.

I was amazed - so many people that do housework have tried to rip me off, so I asked him how he can be so honest? He said the company treats him well and is interested in winning customers long term instead of lying to them to cash out quickly.

Very detailed troubleshooting of the furnace. He noted bearing failure in both blowers and starting capacitors detioration on a 21y/o furnace. A new furnace is needed.

We had a clogged kitchen main that went to the basement and also tied into washing machine which over flowed onto the floor. Josh the technician, made attempts to unclog but the debris was too thick. Jish, also identified cracks and leak at the clean out. Josh came back the next day replaced all piping and fitting’s and performed line jetting . When complete he showed camera view of the clogged line all clear to the main. Josh did a great job on 47 year old pipes.

I had a pipe burst at 9PM on a Saturday evening And already had another pipe that was leaking. I had a flight out at 10:30 AM Sunday morning to attend a funeral. I left a message with the dispatch and at 8:03 AM Sunday morning. They called me and had a technician 20 minutes away. Praise God the technician was Elmir!!! Not only was he knowledgeable, efficient, and proactive in his steps to resolve the issues, he had such a pleasant demeanor and a genuine concern for Resolving the customers issues! That was important because it took nine hours to resolve it prior to water restoration arriving after that. I Highly recommend Done And would request Elmir For any plumbing issue!

Always bad news when appliances break down and unexpected money has to be spent. 1st company was a no show called Done Plumbing got same day service appointment and full installation for a water heater. Louis Jones Tech came out went over options and talked through pricing. He was clear about should be done and the best options to get them done for our budget. Very happy with his work, left us with a great impression of the service that Done Plumbing can provide for any future projects.
