Fence company hit a private gas line in two places. Charles came out in 95 degree hit and dug two 8 foot trenches and was able to get the lines fixed and the appliances back on line. Great job, great service and very friendly. I highly recommend this company.

Wonderful experience with Jay Mitchell HVAC service tech on 7/31/2024. He spent time calling Carrier twice to correct a long standing problem with the compressor shutting off with the outside temp got to 104. He went after and installed a new a new AOC board, so far so good. Deb H

Emilio G was great! Very friendly and professional. We called this morning and they were able to come out today, they had a cancellation and we were flexible on the time frame. They texted saying they would call when the tech was on his way and they actually did! Really happy with them. This was the 1st time using them.

I had requested a new garbage disposal installation, and their tech, Darrell, was swift, knowledgeable, and personable. He arrived on time, left no mess, and all relevant paperwork was clearly explained when I needed to sign off on the project. Great job, Darrell!

We contacted Done as a second opinion and quote to a different company for possible AC replacement. The serviceman was friendly and knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions and concerns the other company failed to to follow up on. We went ahead and purchased our AC through Done and it was installed within a couple of days in about 4 hours, less than what they estimated. The installers were every nice and professional. Done also pulls permits for their work and the permit inspector was impressed and said it was the best install he'd ever seen. Thank you very much for your professionalism and work!
